It was a perfect boutique hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. First class service and the products in the bathroom very nice, L’Occtaine. We loved the area, close to everything. I would love to come back and definitely recommend.
There was nothing we did don’t like about the hotel.

Everything was perfection! Wonderful staff that went out of their way to make us welcome and they took good care of our every need. Johanna was the first to greet us so warmly and each and everyone of the staff went out of their way to insure we were comfortable and happy. The Location is perfect for easy walking to all the great sites and places to eat and shop. A beautiful hotel in a beautiful area!
We loved everything, I would definitely stay there again!!

A lovely introduction to Lyon. This is a beautiful hotel with very special furnishings. The staff was very welcoming. It is a great location although due to the heat we did not explore all of the areas that were within easy walking distance. The buffet breakfast was excellent- we were able to have croissants fresh from the oven!
