The room is so tiny that you can't open a suitcase, and there's barely enough space to slide on the chair to sit at the desk.
The mattress is sinking in the middle, and the whole bed is heavily tilted to one side!
The shower head was slightly defective, and since there is no door to the shower, the bathroom floor is soaked in water by the end of a quick shower.
The toilet bowl is so high that your legs are hanging when you sit on it.
The soundproofing isn't too bad, but the creaking floor from neighboring rooms is heard quite loudly.
You have to leave the keys at the reception when leaving, and ring the door every time you want to enter.
The only redeeming points are the location, and the AC that is decent by French standards.
I switched to another accommodation for the end of my trip in the same district, which was way better.

This is where I always stay in Lyon. Clean, safe, well located and friendly staff. Also represents a great value. Rooms are on the small side but it’s been perfect for me!
