Great apartment-hotel for my family.

Great location in the central of the Peninsula, so near to Vieux Lyon and a street of good restaurants! Room was considered spacious with a mini kitchen to prepare simple meal. Laundry room (payment needed) was a good facility.

Nothing much. If I have to name one, cleaning of the room comes with additional costs. Not a very big problem for short stay.

Great location and good value for money for a weekend stay in Lyon

free coffee machine 24/7 even during breakfast if you don’t pay for breakfast . spacious room. very nice staff. pubs next door. water dispenser in the lobby.

the room was very cold when we arrived but the small heater managed to warm it up nicely after a while. the elevators are the slowest on the planet but there’s always the stairs.

Excellent spot for a central stay in Lyon for the weekend.

Very central location, apartment is basic but just as described. Beds were comfortable and the sofa bed sleeps two as a twin bed. Extra linen and towels provided for four persons. Check in and out very fast and efficient. Shower was warm and powerful.

Only two lifts so it gets a bit busy but it's not a major problem. There is always the stairs or a bit of patience.

Absolutely perfect hotel in every way- location is absolutely unbeatable, clean, great breakfast, very kind staff, easy to use, self-service laundry in building, super kind to our doggie, parking all around.

Location fantastic! But facilities for the price need an improvement

Location was perfect, and the sofa beds great for travelling with family.

No cleaning unless stay was more than 5 days! Every two days I understand, but 5 is ridiculous. Also the air conditioning units were precarious, sometimes working and other times not. The breakfast area is very small for the amount of guests, so not many people were willing to stay.

Three nights in Lyon

The Ladies staffing the front desk were great- knowledgeable and professional. The location is very good. Easy to walk to places of interest. Lots of power points in the room.

Bathroom lighting wasn't bright enough. We had difficulty using the microwave and no instruction book. There were a few other small issues - but more of a nuisance than too annoying.

Comfortable Hotel in the center of Lyon, but Overpriced

The hotel is well located in the heart of Lyon, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are old but clean, maintaining a certain charm despite showing their age. The bathroom definitely needs renovation—it feels outdated and would benefit from being brought up to modern standards. Breakfast is generous, with a good selection and fresh fruit available daily. The staff are very kind and helpful, which added positively to the overall experience.

The price was too high considering the overall quality of the hotel. While the service and location are good, the outdated facilities do not justify the cost.

Room did not have air conditioner (which we knew) and weather was unusually hot, which made sleeping difficult. Moreover the weekend of our stay had Rugby semifinals and a big music festival, which we did not know about, so streets and restaurants were crowded and it was very noisy (but interesting)

Comfortable, functional , central and peaceful.

The room was quiet and comfortable and well equipped. It was an excellent location central to shops, restaurant and transport, yet nice and quiet. You could spend a week or two there, it is like having your own flat, yet there are staff at hand when necessary.

A good choice

Exellent location. If you like you can walk up and down Presqu'le or use metro, buses. Apartment was spacious and had everything you needed. Neighborhood had immense choices to eat and drink. Staff was super nice. The kitchenette int he room was very functional

The bathroom had bo ventilation and not ao aurw how clean the carpet was in the corridors. The room didn't have a carpet so that was good. I think so e renovation is needed as so e walls are just painted.

Disappointing; not a 4-star experience.

Excellent location and the bed was quite comfortable but that's about it. Other facilities like the bathroom/ plumbing and the elevators felt like they could use an upgrade.

Really didn't like that the hotel doesn't make it explicit that daily housekeeping isn't included. We weren't aware of this so when we enquired the front desk, they told us that "this isn't a hotel, we only provide housekeeping for booking longer than 6 nights" (we were there for 4 nights). Not to nitpick but they do call themselves 'apart-hotel'. They did offer fresh towels but only when we asked the reception and we had to pick them up ourselves. Overall this did not feel like a 4-star stay.

Lyon in May

Very nice place to stay for few days to visit the city. Kitchen annex is useful. The location is perfect. The service, especially at the reception desk is very helpful and friendly. The room was quiet and clean. The Internet was working very well. A lot of restaurants around.

Great apartment in the most perfect location.

Location was perfect near dining and a short walk to 2 metro stations. The lady who checked us in was professional,friendly and knowledgeable. She upgraded us to a disabled room because of my mobility problems, and went to great lengths to explain Lyon’s attractions. It was great to have complimentary tea/coffee near the reception.

Excellent Location in Vieux Lyon

Comfortable one bedroom apartment with rooftop view of Vieux Lyon. The location was excellent. My room was very quiet despite the crowds in the streets. Alexander at the reception was so helpful with advice for local area transportation. Thank you! There was easy access to metro and bus lines. I appreciated that the hotel had Eurosport on its television channels. The coffee machine in the reception area is a great idea - coffee available all day.

Spacious studio in a great location

A spacious studio apartment in an excellent, central location in Lyon's Presqu'ile. The bed was super-comfortable, and despite looking out onto lively bars and restaurants the room was well insulated from noise, so we slept very well. The room was well equipped with cooking facilities and had plenty of storage space.

The shower panel was too small so it was hard not to get the floor wet when showering.

it is our 10'th visit in this hotel - it suits us perfectly inspite few disadvantages

as a repeating visitor - location is just perfect!! walking distance from main interest points insist on room facing the courtyard - far more quiet we took an appartament - very comfortable for a couple and a family of 4 people. It has a nice equipped kitchen and a dining table bathroom is mediocare friendly staff very clean has underground parking

Exceptional

The location of fabulous and the young lady on reception was exceptional. She helped us with all the places to visit as well as even assisting me with a water container to allow me to fix Mike bike puncture I would highly recommend the hotel

It is near the river and viewspots, near some good pubs and restaurants, big room, clean, free coffee 0-24, kind staff, little closed silent garden.

For it was too minimal design, and hard to park with car nearby and if you can, it will be minimum 2-300m far. But this was a pre known issue, so it is not their fault.

Good accommodation and location

The staff were good. Spoke English, helped with finding restaurants and shops. we left our luggage there after we checked out. Accommodation in a central location with all facilities you need in the appartment.

Television had only one English Channel.

Location is top! Might get a bid loud at night, since there are a lot of restaurants and bars surrounding it.
