Staff helpful, breakfast good with gf option for bread and ‘cake’. Egg/bacon + continental. Clean hotel. Bathroom was excellent. It is close to the metro station too, but see my remark about location.

The approach you’re to this hotel from Gerland bus station is rough. Unmade pathway and no signage I could see to help orientate.. The final stretch, approaching the hotel was pretty bad. Smelt very strongly or urine. Street strewn with clothing/rubbish bags/bags broken up strewn across the path and it seems people may be sleeping rough ( in their vans? Cars? Street? … black rubbish bags hung from the garden railings that line the road. I’d not like to do this route at night alone. Just as the Hotel starts it’s like a brand new, clean street!

The location was excellent for my place of work, and subway access a plus. Airconditioning was effective in the hot summer. They provided a kettle and iron on request. The neighborhood has livened up with good restaurants nearby.

Provision of some more toiletries, eg. moisturising lotion, shower caps, would be welcome.

Close to bus station as we needed to take the bus very early tomorrow morning. Some good restaurants nearby.

Was quite small and staff not overly friendly.

staff were pleasant, bed was comfortable and the breakfast was decent.

Hairdryer was not strong or hot enough. No coffee machine in the room and no body/hand lotion.
