The location was excellent for my place of work, and subway access a plus. Airconditioning was effective in the hot summer. They provided a kettle and iron on request. The neighborhood has livened up with good restaurants nearby.
Provision of some more toiletries, eg. moisturising lotion, shower caps, would be welcome.

Close to bus station as we needed to take the bus very early tomorrow morning. Some good restaurants nearby.
Was quite small and staff not overly friendly.

Majority of staff were very friendly and helpful - particularly when we were let down by our Taxi on the last morning. Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice.
We spoke to one member of staff who was, dare I say intenionally, unhelpful. We had a small issue whereby as we had paid through Booking.com the previous day, the payment had not gone to the hotel, as such we were asked to pay again. We speak French, however the duty manager at the time made us feel as if it were our fault and that refunding our payment to the hotel was inconvenient to her. To be honest, in comparison to every other member of staff we encountered, we found her brusque and quite rude.

staff were pleasant, bed was comfortable and the breakfast was decent.
Hairdryer was not strong or hot enough. No coffee machine in the room and no body/hand lotion.
