Was good if you need to take the bus early.

Close to bus station as we needed to take the bus very early tomorrow morning. Some good restaurants nearby.

A nice comfortable hotel, let down by one member of staff.

Majority of staff were very friendly and helpful - particularly when we were let down by our Taxi on the last morning. Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice.

We spoke to one member of staff who was, dare I say intenionally, unhelpful. We had a small issue whereby as we had paid through Booking.com the previous day, the payment had not gone to the hotel, as such we were asked to pay again. We speak French, however the duty manager at the time made us feel as if it were our fault and that refunding our payment to the hotel was inconvenient to her. To be honest, in comparison to every other member of staff we encountered, we found her brusque and quite rude.

Very helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, good location, close to Stadt de Gerland metro station, 15-20 mins ride to city centre

My only recommendation is that the carpets in the room need washing.

Hairdryer was not strong or hot enough. No coffee machine in the room and no body/hand lotion.

The perfect place to stay for a local conference

I have stayed at an Ibis hotel many times in many different countries. They are budget hotels. You don't pay much (compared with many other hotels), you don't get much. This Ibis, on the other hand, just seemed much nicer than all the others. The rooms seemed a little bigger. There was no road noise. The blockout curtains worked perfectly. It was pleasantly air conditioned. The breakfast options were good. The staff were friendly. My favourite Ibis Hotel!

Excellent value for money and brilliant location for Rugby Spectators / Stadium visitors

Great location for watching the Lyon rugby at the stadium, plenty of restaurants, bars and night life within walking distance and a bar in the hotel. The rooms are of a high quality for the price and comfortable.

Nothing to dislike. This hotel is offering more than expected for the price and its location is excellent. If you are watching Lyon rugby or wanting to try the Ninkasi Brewery/Distillery, this hotel is excellent.

Good stopover with friendly staff and good breakfast!

Good breakfast and clean room, good stop over on the way to our ski holiday.

No secure parking spot available, parking area in the area was a bit dodgy. Rooms where quite warm and not very impressive for a rate of 110 euros per night.

Great stay in a beautiful city!

A very nice hotel. Very close to the metro station. When we got there the car park was no longer available, but we were able to park the car in the public free car park very close to the hotel.

It was good enough for our occasion but i would not book again.

The staff was amazing and the location itself was great.

The bedsheets we’re really clean and the pillow smelled bad. The bathroom was a little bit dusty in the wrong places but over all it was clean. A safe to put in important things would have been great.

Perfect location for the Matmut stadium to watch Lyon Olympique Universitaire (LOU). Friendly staff (all we met at reception, bar and hygiene), room as needed for the hours to sleep, protected parking available (supplementary fee).

Missed breakfast as it closes too early.
