Overall good stay, worth the money. I think it could be improved for minimum expense by the landlord

The location is great, it is quiet, and rather clean

We went there during a vert cold weekend and the heat was hard to adjust. + the accomodation is announced for 4people, and the dishes are available for 2. It was ok but not for relying on having all the meals Inside.

Comfortable bed. Someone was there to welcome us when we arrived, which we appreciated. The location is very central.

The bathroom is poor. I didn’t actually use the shower because it was such a high step up and I was worried that I might slip when getting out again. Also, there was black mould on the grout between the tiles. The bathroom really needs refurbishment- it’s very shabby. The information we saw when booking suggested that parking would cost around 20 euro per day. This needs some updating. If you park below the main square (Place Bellecour) it’s 35 euro for 24 hours.

Très bon accueil de la part du personnel. Situation idéale en plein centre-ville. Calme absolu de la résidence.

Les équipements sont minimalistes. Pas de torchon. Seulement des serviettes. Les équipements de la salle de bain ne sont pas en très bon état. Elle aurait aussi besoin d’un nettoyage en profondeur.

Buena experiencia con algunos detalles a mejorar

Emplazada en un lugar ideal, a solo minutos a pie de Place Carnot y Place Bellecour, con un supermercado en la esquina y muy bien conectada con la línea de metro. Habitaciones amplias, con buena iluminación natural y cama cómoda. Viajé con mi mascota y ambas nos sentimos muy a gusto con el lugar. Destaco especialmente la atención del personal, muy amable y atento en todo momento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar.

Como punto a mejorar, la limpieza podría ser más cuidada (lavado de vajilla sobretodo y de cubreplumones / cojines), ya que en algunos momentos no estuvo a la altura del resto de la experiencia. Importante mencionar que, a diferencia de otras residencias, ésta no cuenta con lavandería, pero existe una en la calle contigua.

Studio assez grand er fonctionnel, ok pour 2 nuits

Super emplacement, tout près de la place Bellecour, dans une petite rue assez calme, à proximité de nombreux restaurants. Accès facile au studio, bonne communication avec l hôte. Le studio est assez grand et le lit confortable. Et le chauffage avait été allumé avant notre arrivée, gentille attention.

L isolation... entre les bruits de la rue (fenêtres simple vitrage et le studio est au 1er étage) et le bruit de la porte palière juste à côté, il faut espérer qu il n y ait pas trop de passage en général. Il y a aussi quelques petits travaux de remise en état à prévoir (une prise mal fixée à l entrée, un pied du meuble de la salle de bains qui menace de tomber). Il n est pas évident de garder neuf ce type de logement avec les multiples passages de clients...

Très satisfait de l'hôtel en général

Nous avons réservé un studio donc pas de petit déjeuner. Toutefois, il était fourni 3 sachets de thé et 3 dosettes pour le café. Très bonne literie, résidence au calme, personnel professionnel et attentionné. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagage le lendemain toute la journée avant notre départ. Je le conseille.

Ce qui m'a gêné est l'annonce erronée de Booking. Elle affichait une chambre avec UN GRAND LIT et non un lit double classique. C'était pour moi un critère essentiel de réservation. Arrivé le lit était en 140 cm. Heureusement l'hôtel a pu nous fournir une chambre avec un grand lit. merci

Die Lage ist gut, in der Nähe vom Bahnhof und etwa 7' zu Fuß zur Fußgängerzone. Positiv: das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett.

Wir sind nicht in der Résidence Avy Baudelaire untergebracht worden: Als wir den Schlüssel beim Partner Hotel des Savoies abgeholt haben und das Auto in die Garage geparkt haben, wurde uns erklärt, dass die Toilette des Zimmer in der Avy Baudelaire Résidence kaputt war. Uns wurde vorgeschlagen, im Hotel des Savoies zu übernachten, als "Upgrade", weil dort Frühstück sowie Rezeption 24/24 angeboten war. Wir haben das Angebot aus Bequemlichkeit angenommen, weil wir nicht 15' zur Residence Avy Baudelaire zu Fuß gehen wollten. Wir haben es im Nachhinein bereut. Das Zimmer im Hotel des Savoies war sehr klein, die Deko und Ausrüstung in Ordnung aber leicht beschädigt/verkratzt. der Frühstücksraum richtig winzig und das Frühstücksangebot nicht besonders. Im Endeffekt fanden wir das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht gut.

Celine vom Hotel Savoige war eine Sensation, super Hilfsbereit, super freundliche. Merci an sie!

Lage ist Perfekt. Jedoch waren die Angaben nicht korrekt. 3 Bettzimmer war das 3. Bett ein Sofa, nicht einmal ein Bettsofa, mit einer Wolldecke bei 34Grad draussen. Keine Klima, kein Balkon
