Everything was excellent (with one exception; see below). The room was a more than adequate size, the location was perfect, and the staff couldn't have been friendlier or more accommodating. They responded to messages swiftly and clearly, and at the desk in the Hotel des Savoies they were helpful and lovely.
The only drawback: it was hot inside the apartment. Then again, Lyon was sweltering during our stay, and we knew there wasn't any A/C. The fan made it bearable though.

Solo pasamos una noche. El calor era insoportable y pedimos cambio al hotel des Savoies. No tuvieron ningún problema en hacerlo y nos quedó en el mismo precio. Personal muy agradable, desde el chico que nos acompañó en el traslado (él mismo pidió el cambio) hasta los de recepción. Tuvimos algunos problemas personales y el día de salida no quisieron cobrarnos el desayuno.
Ubicación buenísima.

Si hubiera tenido aire acondicionado nos hubiéramos quedado. Aunque fue error mío, convencida de que así era.
La cocina muy justa, para cocinar poco, sin campana.
