We had a pleasant and comfortable stay

Overall the stay was pleasant and comfortable Staff were friendly and helpful The rooms are a fair size, cozy and very quiet Offered a number of amenities for purchase which was convenient Close to the station and direct access to the tram A 10 minute walk to the Confluence Mall A range of restaurants and take out establishments within the area.

Bathroom counters were a little shabby and need some work Bathroom amenities were limited

Just OK.

Great location. The tram was almost right outside the door. And we loved the vibe of the neighbourhood. It was convenient but not too touristy.

I felt like the hotel oversold itself by billing the room as a studio apartment. Our room had a strange layout and there was nowhere to sit, despite the website showing photos of a table and chairs. I am surprised this hotel has a four-star rating. It’s barely a three, in my opinion. I don’t understand why it has such glowing reviews. I didn’t find the desk staff very friendly either.

Comfortable, clean and hospitable.

Regarding the location easy access to transportation and bus routes, the room was very clean, bed very comfortable, well maintained although refrigerator was missed. Breakfast had everything for everyone. Staff always helpful.

As mentioned earlier the refrigerator is always necessary and needs to be available. The AC hasn't been regulated for providing warm temperature when needed and finally it would have been much preferable if breakfast could be self served at the room if chosen.

Wonderful amenities and location

We stayed in several hotels in France on our trip, and this one felt the most like a more traditional American hotel in terms of space and amenities. Extra mirrors, a hair dryer, a fridge, a cooking area, a fitness room, a bigger bathroom, and a bigger main room. So for American travelers looking for a hotel that may be more what they're used to, this is a great option. We thought the location was excellent, just a couple of blocks from Perrache, walking distance to a gym we went to, walking distance to centre ville, and just feet from several restaurants, but still the room was quiet when it was time to sleep. I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

A good central spot when visiting Lyon

Central location, close to a tram station, as well as walking distance to grocery shops nearby, including a Carrefour supermarket. The breakfast had the basics and was sufficient to get the day started. The room is spacious, the underground parking was great and the price is way below other hotels in the are (13 Euros a night compared to 40 or 50 Euros in other places).

The room is ok, but it feels a bit dated overall. The air conditioning controller on the wall didn't work, so found that the circuit breaker was tripped and I was able to make it work. In fact, the breaker was the on/off "button", because it didn't stop anymore, so had to switch it off from the circuit breaker.

Good, basic room for a decent price

The aircondioner worked well. the room was basic and clean. we really like Pascale at the front desk. the kitchenette worked well for us. the location on a tram line was perfect.

the freezer door was broken and i needed the freezer for a ice pack. Several front desk sytaff weren't very friendly.

The location is excellent, with everything you need nearby or walking distance. The apartments are a great size and the bathroom was massive and very clean.

Loved our 5 days. Transportation was very handy and we raly likdthe city.

The employees were very friendly, and courteous . The weekly am receptionist was exceptionally helpful and always had a smile on her face that was very welcoming. The breakfasts were outstanding.

Great place to stay when visiting Lyon

Good location- Tram stop a few yards from the hotel. Useful to be able to park- but need to reserve before your trip as limited spaces in underground car park. Lift from car park to reception & another to the rooms. Room was clean & bright- comfy bed, and good size bathroom. Very useful to have a Fridge & microwave in the room as well as 2 ring hob & electric kettle. Only ate breakfast one morning, but plenty of choice including fruit, cereals, bread, cold meats & eggs. Staff were very helpful. Good value for money

Location very good, beds were comfortable & hygiene was good. Parking was also nice in underground garage. Make sure to notify the hotel before check-in.

The recepionist was very helpful and extremely friendly. We arrived ahead of regular check-in time and needed the room to change for an early event. The rooms were arranged in no time. The breakfast next day was very good value for money.

Good introduction to Lyon

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good, and the rooms are spacious. The rooms at the back are very quiet. There's a tram stop right outside.

There was only one hard chair and nowhere to sit and eat. The wardrobe and room safe were unusable because the bed was in the way. The location is a fair distance from the centre, and there's very limited dining options nearby.

I stayed there for 5 days, my nights were hard because of the temperature and the bed. the rest was ok. I wouldn’t come

1. It says that the room has AC, but it does not. It only has heater. the room was extremely hot what made nights hard to sleep. 2. Even prior my arrival I had asked not to put 2 single beds together to make a double bed, and they confirmed the request, that was exactly what the have done, 2 single beds together and to make it worse they were different in heights. 3. Breakfast is good but there’s always something missing, not enough staff to replace breakfast das enough.

It was a bit basic. We had to ask the staff to open the cupboard with the cutlery & delph in it. We also had to ask for a wine opener. I think these should be provided without having to ask for them
