The hotel staff we very helpful and happy. The hotel and rooms were lovely. Convienent location for sightseeing and travel.

Great location, close to railway station
Breakfast had plenty on offer
Comfortable bed, but rooms tiny
The elevator is tiny, very claustrophobic not suitable for 3 persons as stated
2 normal sized people hugging each other with no luggage can fit.
Tiny shower cubicle
Very rude manager at breakfast who wouldn't allow us to sit at a table which had 6 stools round it as he wanted the whole area for himself to spread his own food out. All other tables were taken. He was obnoxious. We waited for a table to become free.

Reception team was lovely
Location is amazing near city centre and transports
Had a decent breakfast and made available gluten free bread
The rooms’ door systems all had issues so several attempts and hard push had to be made to enter. the noises made by any guests were therefore constant (including us as you couldn’t avoid it). There was a funny smell on 3rd floor
