Friendly staff, very pleasant stay, would go again.

Very cute, nice view clean and functional.

Shower not that great, some water leaked out of the shower. Thus, the elevator was very slow to get up to the room.

Good location, WiFi needs improving

Has elevator and ac. Very close to the station. But they need to share directions to get to the hotel from station because google maps takes you on a 10 minutes walk when it’s literally a 1-minute walk. It was very complicated to get there from the tram way without directions.

WiFi rarely worked. Very noisy as there’s a bar downstairs. No sound insulation; you can hear your neighbors

Very pleasant.

Location and A/C were very good. Breakfast was quite good. It was clean, and the facilities were good.

The main problem we had -- and you cannot fault the hotel for that -- was that the elevator broke down while we were there, and we were on the 6th floor! The forced exercise was appreciated, but also a little burdensome. Perhpas the hotel could have done more to get the elevator fixed more quickly, but it is understandable there may have been parts needed to be delived from out of town,

The toilet bowl was in the shower - there was no separate shower cabin. The water was splashing over the whole bathroom floor. And if use the toilet after the shower, the floor was wet.

Hotel was exactly what we needed. Central, allowed dogs and rooms were quiet and comfortable

However we drove there from London and the reception person was not clear or helpful about how to get to the car park and seemed uninterested that we couldn't find it

The room is not quite sound-proofing. I can hear sounds from the bar next to the hotel, people were talking loudly in the late evening. I was woken up at 5 am by the continuous sound from upstairs...

As a three star hotel, Hotel Des Remparts Perrache was adequate for our short stay.

The location was great, close to a large transport hub and an easy walk to the old town and shopping.

The room was a little tired and quite small. Also, the pillows on the bed were square which we are not used to and which is a bit unusual for a hotel. From the photos on-line, we thought the hotel would be a bit more modern; it needs an upgrade.

Good location - walking distance from most sights without being in the busiest location. Good restaurant and bar options around. Room was comfortable, modern bathroom. Price was reasonable! Staff were really helpful.

The room was comfortable and quiet. The shower facilities good. Hot showers, good hairdryer and full length mirror. location excellent, near train station and easy walk to town and restaurants. Breakfast on site was great with sufficient variety for all tastes. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

Weekend away in Lyon

Nice looking hotel, about 25-30 min walk from the main squares and tourist points. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious enough for two. The shower was amazing – great pressure! Enough options for food, drinks and good breakfast in the area.

The room could have had some more hangers and the bathroom more toiletries (only had soap). It's close enough to the main areas but wouldn't recommend it if you don't like walking around.

Old furniture, non friendly staff, hard to checkin, broken cloth hanger, no heat, only stairs no elevator, 1 hr to get the room, difficulties to find booking payment transferred to the hotel!

The location is central, right next to the perrache station and in direction old Town. Easy to go everywhere. Nearby there are good restaurants and Boulangerie. The staff has been very friendly and ready to help.

Loud and cold.

The receptionist when I met for check-in was so kind.

The heating system was not working and The noise from outside was so annoying. I asked the receptionist to change the room so at least we could go far from the noise from outside. But it was fully booked, according to the receptionist, at about 10 pm. (at that time Receptionist could not speak English, so communication was not easy) It was cold and loud; I hope next time will be better than before.
