I did not like anything unfortunately

The person at the reception was not helpful nor kind. The room had the most puzzling decoration. I had a huge portrait of Woody Allen towering over my bed. The only thing worse would have been Roman Polanski. Asked kindly to exchange rooms as soon as I entered but was denied. Even the breakfast (that I usually love at ibis hotels) was lackluster. The location is far from everything and inconvenient Anyway very unpleasant experience

Great Stay Friendly Staff

This was a great find on the booking.com site as I didn’t know much about Lyon. Property located in a neighborhood area that’s just a short 13 minute walk from the huge shopping center La Confluence. While it felt a little like an upscaled hostel at first, I was pleasantly surprised with the room. The room was spacious, clean and modern. Bed was comfortable and plenary of space for my suitcases. Breakfast was outstanding with lots of choices. They had the best coffee in Lyon. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful and the breakfast staff were also very friendly. They all deserved an A plus for great customer service

The Air conditioning was not working. The didnt want to turn on the A/C option in the hotel because the management believes that its not appropriate season yet. I dont agree.... 20c in Lyon is warm and a bit of air flow could help chill the room, My wife is pregnant and she was hot all night, We had to leave the windows open but After awhile had to close the windows because its to noisy.

An ok room, with friendly staff and a lovely breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very, very good....with a wide choice of food...the staff in the kitchen etc were particularly nice. The place was clean and there is a good bus/tram service into the centre.

I thought the room was too small tbh and as it faced onto the road you really needed to have a the window closed as it is fairly noisy. The room got incredibly hot at night for some reason, even though we had the thermostat turned to cold.

Room was far too hot. It was not possible to regulate the temperature. It is not possible to open the window due to noise from the road. It has been hell. Other than that it would be a perfect stay.

They didn’t offer a bottle of water in the room. The staff barely spoke English, some were rude when we tried to go outside on the terrace. Breakfast was quite simple, not much to choose from.

1. WiFi was not working and no one was interested to help. 2. I left my AirPods with charger in room. I noticed it only in next day or day after. I wrote to hotel. Answer was, that no one has found earphones in my room.

A bit disappointed

Location is nice, close to the new Confluence neighbourhood and Perrache station. The room is really quiet despite the highway under the windows - it’s well soundproofed. beds are comfortable

Hotel in general is a bit rundown. Staff isn’t really friendly either. breakfast- there is basically no hot choice apart of small crepes, no eggs or anything. And it’s extremely crowded, we were even told that it’s full and we either have to wait or bring the food to our room… In the room they changed our towels even if we let them hanged, they weren’t on the ground or anything (and in the same bathroom they say that they only change them if you put them in the sink or tub…; so they don’t care really)
