Convenient location, super friendly staff and clean room. Great breakfast was included and the front desk staff went above and beyond when I asked where to buy a postcard for me kids. They had purchased some to hand out to guests so they gave me one!

This hotel was wonderful, very close to the tram and bus stops with grocery right on the corner. The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The onsite restaurant was very good. I would definitely recommend!

Total convenience available: Bakery across the street plus an ice cream/ gelato shop. Around the corner a convenience store and 2 blocks south a major shopping mall with movie theater and a diverse food court atop. Also 2 tram lines (1 to SNFC train & airport and a Westfield Mall / Gallery Lafayette ( also has a food court and famous brand names. Lyon does have UBER, no LYFT ... suggest not to use BOLT!! Great outdoor food market at metro Croix-Russe. I prefer to utilize the public transportation because you can view Lyon better.

Hotel was lovely, clean and had everything you needed in the room. Is in a really nice modern location in Lyon, not far from transport links, shopping and restaurants on the river front. Staff on reception were so nice, gave us some recommendations on what to do and provided a map of the city. We got there before check in time and asked to drop our bags, these were in our room ready when we go back instead of just being held in luggage storge which was a really nice touch. Would stay again if returning to Lyon.

Definitely not a 4* hotel. Not sure why it's rated such. Facilities are basic. Room has weird metal cross on it, if anything, it's very dangerous from health and safety perspective. Requested for room change, was denied. But the staff make up for it. Barring one man, everyone was very polite and extremely helpful. Particularly the two ladies, one French, one Italian (apologies don't know their names), were very considerate, gave lots of advice on places to visit, restaurants etc. Very positive experience that. Location is fine, can get a bit too quiet and full of noisy youngsters in the night. But good for runs and walks during the day.

This was a lovely place to stay for a short business trip. The staff were really kind, both fluent in English and allowing me to practice my French! The spa and jacuzzi are also excellent and highly recommended, with equally kind and professional staff. My only complaint is that the complimentary espresso pods and teabags weren't refreshed after my first night, so I ended up heading out across the road for a morning coffee on my second day. Otherwise, everything was spotless, welcoming, and comfy!

It is not possible to get fresh air in the one person rooms, because there is no window that can be opened and the AC/warming unit was only able to warm and it was already too warm in the room. Therefore, I think it was not doable to stay in this room. I asked for another room. That was only possible with extra payment. So, my advice: don't book a one person room in this hotel.

Room were attend & clean very nice. Front desk Jamila and colleagues very nice to me. Restaurant breakfast buffet was excellent and sure lunch and dinner just the same, staff very friendly. This is a newish property w a nicely decorated rooms. Despite all the 5 star grades however, the hotel is promoted as 'boutique'. It's not. It's only a nice little hotel with nice decor. The hotel has no buzz, nowhere to chill or relax with a glass of wine (except the restaurant on the main floor which is closed until about 7 pm. Boutique hotels where I come from are about atmosphere. This place has none. Guest service was pretty "OK" but special 5 STAR mention to Andrea, the helpful and young front desk agent, concierge who really understood the meaning of hospitality. I would recommend this hotel for all of the reasons given in my rating, but if you are looking for the 'cool-factor' - this is not the place.

The staff at Keystone Boutique Hotel are incredibly kind and welcoming. They were happy to answer all of our questions and greeted us warmly every time we saw them. The hotel room was impeccably clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful terrace attached to our room and plenty of space to store our things. The breakfast in the hotel was also a great way to start the day with many options. I would love to stay here again when I return to Lyon!

This was a fantastic hotel a short distance from the city centre but not too far. We were allowed an early check in and found the receptionist really helpful in advising us of good local places to get lunch (spot on) and alternatives for the tram strike that was on, even offering to arrange a taxi for us. The rooms were clean, comfortable and had everything we needed and I will definitely book again as and when I return to Lyon or the surrounding area.

This was a great hotel! The staff was very helpful and spoke excellent English. Right next door was a public laundry mat which was great, and next to that was a beauty shop that gave EXCELLENT massages! We took advantage of both! Great breakfast was also included.

Great hotel! This was our favorite hotel during our 3 country tour through Europe. Rooms were just the right size (note to Americans-all hotel rooms are much smaller in Europe), they actually had air conditioning (which other hotels said they had but didn’t), and it was located within walking distance to a main train/bus station and only 25 minutes from the other main train station. Highly recommend!

Nice hotel with up-to-date rooms that feel very comfortable. Really liked our room and the clean conditions. The neighborhood has some noisy bars, and there were partying people on the street until 3 am or so. There are better neighborhoods to stay in Lyon. Staff was nice and very helpful, hotel feels new and well organized.

This was a really great hotel, the room was immaculate and the staff were very helpful. The area is well connected to the rest of the city with good transport links- I was working at the other end of town but it was really easy to get there. Lots of shopping and restaurant options nearby.

We showed up at 6pm, hours after our check in and were told our room is not ready yet. We told them we have to change and leave immediately as we were visiting for a concert. They were finally able to accommodate us but took unnecessarily long for us checking in after our check in time. Also there was construction happening in the lobby

Need more staff during breakfast. Had to wait for plates. Scramble eggs were cold even at 7:00 am. Needed some gluten-free items available for breakfast. Needed menus in English. We ate 2 dinners at the hotel that were excellent! The staff at the front desk were very professional and cordial!

The staff, in particular Karim, went above and beyond to accommodate us. He sprang into action to come rescue us when we had a parking snafu at a garage. He was ever ready with help and information. I will be writing to management to commend him.

This was a very nice hotel. La Confluence is a bit of a dead nieghborhood, but Lyon is easy to get around, and there are a lot of parking options nearby if you drive into the city.
