It was a very nice, clean hotel. Modern and in a quiet neighborhood, with aircondition!
The distance from the old city was about 30-40 minutes not in a picturesque route.
There was a €250 deposit for potential damages, which we didn’t know..
Plus in Lyon if you are coming with a car, you need to order in advance a certificate that indicates the level of emission. If not you could get a fine. Asher vine from abroad we had no idea. We made the application online, but as we didn’t have the actual sticker, the car was in the parking lot for the whole duration of our stay. It would be nice if the hotel informed us in advance as the knew we’re coming with a car because we reserved a seat in their parking lot and we made the booking from a foreign country.

Great property. Spacious room
And good facilities
The location was close to a train station and local businesses. With hindsight we would have preferred to be closer to the old town but really no complaints.

Decent enough hotel. It is effectively student accommodation that has been converted. Bathroom was good and towels were good.
Noise, you could hear everything around you behind the walls and above you. There’s no noise proofing so can prob expect to be woken up by other people and cleaners etc. The heating was a bit wild and had to open the window to try and cool the room as it’s centrally controlled I think.
