Modern apartment with own parking.

Has its own parking. Apartment looks new and well taken take of. Close to metro.

Large, well equipped, clean room and nice bathroom.

Great room, clean, modern, well equipped. Like the curtained off bed area, particularly as we were making use of the sofa bed so it gave some privacy to both parties. Parking is safe and secure. Dogs allowed and there are green areas around the buildings and nearby. Handy for the metro.

Relatively comfortable if not much choice but wouldn’t deem it 4 stars

Decent enough hotel. It is effectively student accommodation that has been converted. Bathroom was good and towels were good.

Noise, you could hear everything around you behind the walls and above you. There’s no noise proofing so can prob expect to be woken up by other people and cleaners etc. The heating was a bit wild and had to open the window to try and cool the room as it’s centrally controlled I think.

Good value stay in Lyon

Very good stay and comfortable rooms. Not the best location because it’s outside downtown and not very touristy area, but if you ride bicycles it’s perfect just a 10 minute ride and very convenient and inexpensive when using the shared system. I recommend it

Okay but will be better after renovation

Breakfast and the bed were both very good. Friendly staff with reasonable English skills (much better than our French!). A short walk from the Metro station that takes you directly to Gare de Lyon Part-Dieu.

The hotel needs renovating and is in the process of doing that. The sound from that travels throughout the building; luckily it didn't go too late but it was annoying after check-in. The sound from other rooms (does, footsteps, etc) also travels throughout the building, making a restful night difficult.

A good place to stay

Good location, in a nice neighborhood. Metro station, supermarket and river within walking distance. Breakfast has a pancake making machine that was a big hit with my kid. Friendly, helpful, staff.

From the name and photos I was given the impression that the living room + kitchen was separate from the bedroom. But they were all in the same room, with only a curtain separating the bed from the rest of the room. Room cleaning came pretty late in the day (bit after 18), so happened to encounter us in the room.

Spacious rooms, if a little sterile. Very clean and quite comfortable. Quiet neighbourhood, well served by public transport.

Mediocre check-in experience. One receptionist at a very busy time who let people just jump the queue and thereafter rushed the check-in process. Exorbitant fees for travelling with a dog! Doesn’t strike me as pet-“friendly”!
