Clean, warm and friendly stay with good transport links.

The hotel is very close to metro stations and bus routes and has plenty of cafes, shops and markets nearby. The hotel was lovely and, since I speak no French, was really glad that the team were able to give me all of the information I required in English. The room was on the top floor, maybe a new refurbishment as it was clear that they had been having work done, so the bathroom was very fresh and the room was clean and warm. I was staying for a couple of nights for work so really only needed a place to sleep and shower so had booked a single but was given the double on arrival. I had a lovely stay.

You could hear the water running through the radiator 24 hours but it wasn't loud enough to be a bother and the only window was a skylight but I was out at work most of the day and only there to sleep and shower or get changed for dinner so it didn't really bother me.

Good place to stay

I liked everything about this place: perfect location, 24/7 reception, friendly staff, clean room, it had AC, socket next to the bed and even full height mirror. I definitely recommend this hotel. Also, it has a co-working area that is perfect for me as a remote worker.

Something in the hotel is rather old, like doors. But I mean, you know how much you pay, and it didn't make my stay worse.

El personal muy amable y las habitaciones muy bonitas, limpias y cómodas.

Quizá cambiaría las puertas a puertas con tarjeta/eléctricas para mayor seguridad y privacidad. En nuestra habitación se podía ver el exterior a través de la zona donde está el bombín. Pero el resto de 10!

Mi aspettavo qualcosa di più ma buona posizione per visitare Lione.

Camera ristrutturata di recente. Posizione comoda sia alla stazione perrache che per visitare tutta lione.

Stanza abbastanza fredda. Nel bagno non era possibile accendere il riscaldamento in quanto guasto. Cuscini per il letto da sostituire con cuscini normali. Per raggiungere le stanze che danno sull'intero ( dicono essere le meno rumorose) devi passare per una sorta di sgabuzzino dove non capisco perché chiudano la porta che poi quando devi uscire si incastra sul pavimento. Anche le scale sono un po' strette e ripide, non sono il massimo se si hanno valigie ingombranti.

Hotel decoroso in pieno centro. Camera confortevole e staff accogliente!

Posizione ottima, con affaccio su una via pedonale del centro. A Lione per i mercatini di Natale, questo hotel e’ stato un perfetto punto di partenza per la scoperta della bellissima città francese. Camera (tripla) più che decorosa, pulita e ben attrezzata. Letti comodi e staff super accogliente. Ci siamo trovati benissimo!

Io bagno era ristrutturato di recente. Doccia spaziosa e moderna, unica pecca il wc che era in uno stanzino a parte davvero minuscolo (tanto da non riuscire a chiudere la porta). Colazione su richiesta molto semplice ma pratica.

Catastrophique !

Uniquement l'emplacement d'hôtel

Catastrophique ! Chambre au "grenier" 6ème étage. Ascenseur qui s'arrête au 5ème obligé de prendre l'escalier. Literie déplorable, nous étions sur un clique-claque, matelas horrible avec enfoncement sur le milieu. Des oreillers vieux, nous en avons demandé d'autres, le réceptionniste nous répond qu'il en a pas. Nous demandons une autre chambre, apparemment l'hôtel était au complet alors que sur le site on pouvait encore réserver. Aucune vue sur Lyon vu qu'il n'y avait qu'un veluxe. Et pour finir la salle de bain, aucune pression de l'eau. Dans la même pièce les toilettes, avec la porte de la machine de l'ascenseur ou il était ecrit danger. En dessous de la porte le froid rentrant. Heureusement que c'était qu'une seule nuit. Le matin mal de dos et cou ! Cette chambre devrait être fermée surtout pour le prix, quelle honte !!!!!

Chambre sous les toits donc il ne faut pas être grand, un bruit d’eau du radiateur qui coule en permanence, pas de fenêtre ( juste un velux), porte de sdb qui ne tiens pas fermé, chambre très petite. Salle du petit déjeuner vite compléte car très petite obliger d’attendre une place se libère.

Correct

Le petit déjeuner est correct pour le prix. Certes, ce n'est pas un buffet comme dans la plupart des hotels mais le serveur était aux petits soins avec nous. Les chambres sont simples mais fonctionnelles et l'emplacement idéal.

L'hôtel est un peu vieillot ce qui lui confère un certain charme comme l'ascenseur par exemple mais les parties communes devraient être rafraîchies. Les vieilles portes et fenêtres devraient aussi être changées par souci d'isolation et de bruit. Les vieilles portes claquent la nuit.

Zentrumsnah und gut für einen Kurzaufenthalt.

Die zentrale Lage an der Fußgängerzone war für Stadtbummel sehr gut. Das Bad war modern und neu ausgestattet.

Das Hotel befindet sich direkt in der Fußgängerzone. Wir schlafen bei offenem Fenster. Es war abends durch die umliegende Gastronomie und morgen durch die Straßenreinigung und Anlieferung sehr laut. Das "Frühstück" kann man nicht empfehlen, lieber im Cafe um die Ecke.
