Very enjoyable

It was a spacious apartment in the heart of old Lyon. Could not have been at a better location.

Remote concierge. Although v helpful when we needed it we would have preferred a presence so we could have help to book a cab ( language problems)

Great location and that is all

Location is the best thing about the apartment. Right in the middle of the old town where everything is. Amenities were also good.

It needs a general cleaning. Everything was sticky (bathroom was ok) such as handles, doors etc. Not vacuumed well and the floors were dirty. The towels were so stinky we did not know if they were fresh at all. Most probably dried without any air but it was very unpleasant. Bed is ok, we did not use kitchen at all, nor the living room since it all felt dusty and not clean. It is impossible to keep the windows open because of the noises from the bar downstairs and the streets, but this is the city centre so better just use earplugs, cause you can’t have both. The noise is also quite hard even with the windows closed but if you just treat the apartment as a place to sleep and do a lot of sightseeing then it is fine. The communication with the owner was all in French, but yeah, that is France;)

Great apartment for a stay in Lyon.

Excellent location in the Old Town. Great amenities nearby including bakeries, supermarket, bars, and shopping. Just across the bridge from the heart of Lyon. Apartment was sufficiently furnished and access was easy and straightforward. The bedroom was comfortable. There were even pop-up Christmas carolers in the plaza outside the window. Lovely.

Water pump in the bathroom was quite loud. Living room had a nice sofa sleeper, but wasn't (for us) a natural place to hang out when in the apartment (that was the kitchen table). Kitchen sink faucet was a bit loose. Shower was not completely clean.

Wonderful charming place in lyon

Very charming apartment in the old town. Super nice service by owners, i.e. fridge with drinks, tea, coffee, breakfast basics such as jam and Nutella,ear plugs etc. Location is perfect for exploring the city. Key handover was excellent.

Stephane went out of his way to assist us! Loved all the complimentary bits & pieces, ie; waters, butters, spreads etc. well stocked kitchen. Fans were really appreciated as quite warm. Once we closed windows at night, the noise did dim.

it was a beautiful old apartment, very centrally placed. the extra touches such as the juices and tea/ coffee really made a difference.

It could have been more clear that the second bed was a sofa bed. When I booked for three people, the description stated a double bed and a large double bed. It was only after that it became obvious that the photos showed the same double bed with different bedding. in the end, it wasn’t a problem but we were expecting two actual beds.

It’s a very nice apartment at a very central location with a lot of amenities.

The apartment was so hot, we could hardly sleep. There is one cooling fan and we brought one fan ourselfs but that is not enough during the summer.

What a fantastic place to stay in the center of old Lyon

Well decorated and spacious place at an excellent location right in the middle of old Lyon. Very well equipped kitchen with lots of amenities. Even butter and coffee milk provided. No detail missed.

With the extreme heat it was not possible to get the temperature much lower. But with the tropical conditions we could understand this.

Location was great as a place from which to explore the city. The host was exceptional, very helpful and pleasant. The unit was lovely, charming with a great view and many amenities.

It was a little noisy at night, but that was to be expected given the location. Host provided many means to mitigate the noise, and it was also a hot night, so sound was magnified by open windows.

Perfect location/host, but not that comfortable

High ceilings, character, great location in the heart of the old town, the owner was very nice; responsive and helpful.

The floors were very cold, it needs a lot more rugs I think, and there were no instructions about how to use the heating, which was a bit basic (lots of heaters that had a setting of 1 to 9 but no timing etc. that we could figure.) Overall, just not as comfortable as we're used to and a few repairs/upgrades needed.
