Great location and pleasant enough for cheap stay

Great location and a fabulous neighbourhood with many cafes and bars. The room was comfortable enough to sleep in Staff were friendly Felt safe as a female solo traveller

The smell of the room was very musty and damp which meant being in there for any amount of time was not ideal! No proper shower - just a hand held one over a small bath. It’s fine as a place to sleep but not much else - I guess reflected in the low price

Great location, bad management.

Great location in walking distance to the center of Lyon. The private parking was a great help to guests traveling by car as parking in Lyon is extremely expensive. The shower water temperature was stable and hot.

We specifically reserved a room with a bath tube but on arrival we got the keys to a room without one. The staff informed us that there was no room with bath tube available. No reduction of price was offer. There was no air conditioning so we had to leave the doors to the balcony open. But as the balcony is shared with other rooms we didn’t feel safe at night. Walls were thin and we could hear conversations from the next room. On departure we had to witness the owner shouting on the phone with an unhappy costumer.

Paid for balcony and view but didn't get it

Paid for a room with balcony and view but only got a small room without balcony and facing the inner courtyard. They didn't adapt the price nor expressed any regrets or excuses. After insisting they only offered us coffee and croissants.

Terrible and I would like my money back .

I arrived at the hotel at 7pm and no one was at the hotel. There was an envelope with the key. I could not read the handwritten note as it was in french and very difficult to read the numbers. There were directions for the code and the numbers were not well written. There was no one at the hotel to help me. When I arrived at the room, it smelled of smoke and was not clean. I was disgusted. The linens felt dirty and the lights in the room did not work. The internet connection would not stay on. This was a terrible experience and I would like my money back. The parking offered was impossible to find and I was scared to finally get my car in the garage without scratching it. If the owner calls me a liar, that tells you right there that they are guilty.

Scenic and trendy neighborhood

The location is well situated, close to restaurants, pubs , métro and shops and public parking as well. The hôtel is clean,but the décoration and furniture is outdated. It is satisfactory and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We chose this hôtel for its terrific location.

Accueil malgré l’arrivée tardive Emplacement sympa et possibilité de parking : important à la xx rousse Propreté confort nous avons pu louer 3 chambres côte à côte au dernier moment

Il me semble qu’au niveau isolation sobre c’est vraiment juste pour nous ça allait puisque nous avons loué 3 chambres voisines ( dont 1 sans voisin/ mur de l’immeuble d’un côté)

Il neigeait, le chauffage n'était pas allumé, un des deux radiateurs ne fonctionne pas du tout, on s'est gelé, pas de couverture ni de couette. Accès piéton non éclairé, on peut tomber.... Pas de bloc de secours... J'ai envoyé un mail et c'est resté sans réponse 😡

Hôtel correct, annexe à fuir et ne pas compter sur le parking.

Nous avions réservé une chambre dans l’annexe mais ce logement n’était pas situé à côté de l’hôtel et cette information n’est précisée nulle part ! L’annexe est à 10 minutes à pied de l’hôtel et dans une impasse isolée et peu sereine. Une cuisine annoncée et à nouvelle surprise, c’est une cuisine partagée. Et enfin, un radiateur en panne dans la chambre. Sans oublier le parking que nous avons réservé à l’avance, annoncé à 10€ par jour mais à l’arrivée 12€, à 5 minutes de l’hôtel et accessible avec un badge partagé donc à rendre chaque fois. Le seul point positif (et par chance) nous avons pu avoir une chambre à l’hôtel sans supplément. En résumé le descriptif n’est pas assez détaillé et le personnel pourrait être un peu plus investi.

j’ai passé un séjour horrible dans cet hôtel à cause d’un contretemps, j’ai dû malheureusement réserver cet hôtel qui était le plus proche tout ce passait pour le mieux jusqu’à l’entrée dans la chambre où je découvre une chambre taille poupée avec des équipements bien en dessous des premières classe et B&B hôtels pourtant moins cher !!!!! De plus le lendemain 3 fois à la suite on vient me demander de quitter la chambre pourtant bien évoquée la veille avec la réceptionniste étant donner mon arrivée tardive et précipité. De plus avec des faits mensongers comme quoi il a eu du bruits toute la nuit alors que ma femme et moi exténué par cette journée pensions que à ce reposer. Je tiens à préciser d’éviter de mettre des canalisations à l’intérieur des chambres car on entend les écoulement de l’étage d’au dessus toute la nuit. Vraiment à revoir pour votre bien passer votre chemin.
