Nice place yet it connects directly to the street, which is a bit noisy

Great staff and easy check-in and check-out process. Overall, the place is spacious and same as the description, and its close to the train station.

The only thing is that the place locates on G/F and connected directly to the street, which is not clearly stated upfront. You can hear clearly when people walked by, which is a bit noisy and unexpected.

Great location near La Spezia Centrale. Spacious, clean and comfortable accommodation.

The kitchen is missing all basic items such as cutlery and simple crockery e.g. cups, bowls, plates. Only some simple coffee supplies were provided.

Very close to the station. Many Supermarkets, Restaurants nearby. Can literally walk to and from station.

The property opens right to the main road. So you can hear loud noises and vehicles passing all night long.

Great would definitely come back

Staff were so nice and offered such good communication. Location (so close to train station and not far at all from the centre). The towel dryer of the bathroom was soooo helpful bc we got caught up a lot in the rain in our trip. Room is very spacious and bathroom is big and comfortable

Since it's right next to an important road you could hear the cars but staff left earplugs and everything!!

Good location if you want to visit cinque terre

Location is perfect to visit Cinque Terre. Free parking and apartment is located next to the station. The apartment is spacious and equipped with a kitchen with coffee maker and refrigerator.

it is not a romantic area, but for the purpose of our trip this was not important because we were going to visit cinque terre.

The room was very clean, modern and a good size.

The room was located on a very busy street and we could hear everything - cars, motorbikes, people walking past and talking, etc. we unfortunately did not sleep at all because of the noise.

Not the safest area for night but a handy clean apartment for train station.

Very clean property. Very helpful staff, quick to respond and clear instructions for arrival. Very close to train station and easy to access keys.

Not quite like pictures which is fine but be aware this is on a main busy street and you step into the bedroom from the street. Area is not very safe and scary at night so we didn’t feel very secure.

Good stay if you wanna stay up all night and be close to the city.

Staff was nice and it was clean.

It was next to a two way street into the city. It felt like the cars were driving next to your bed. Had really bad sleep for two nights. No where in the advert it was clear that it is next to a busy street. You also just walk into the bedroom from the sidewalk. Worst stay I have had.

Superb

The room was very nice, new and clean. A big plus for coffee machine and comfortable bed. The staff was very nice and helpful. They let us park at their reserved spot free of charge which saved us a lot of trouble. They also recommended us places to visit and printed a schedule of train departures.

The only downside was that the entrance comes directly from the street, so it is quite noisy.

This was a great stay! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Easy access to the train and downtown. Staff was accessible, responsive, and very accommodating!

No complaints. One suggestion would be to have a microwave or stove in the kitchen area.

Staff were excellent, our arrival time kept getting pushed back because of car troubles and they were so accommodating. The location is incredibly convenient and the apartment is huge and clean

The location was convenient for us. Very clean and bed was comfortable.

Property was a short driving distance from the harbor. This is a recently updated property. It was very clean. The bedroom was comfortable. The noise level outside decreases a lot after closing the bedroom door. We had no issues with street noise.

As others have shared. It is located on a busy street. You can hear Street sounds in the area with the table. However, the sounds were greatly diminished when the bedroom door was closed. I would not prevent this from staying here. Just sharing so people are aware. As others have also shared there are no amenities like a electric kettle, cups or any other items that would make a stay a little nicer. I suspect this will come in the future. So, just prepare accordingly. bring a wine opener and glass. There are several places within walking distance to get take away

Super clean and spacious. Location is great too. Just a 5min walk from La Spezia Centrale Station. 10min walk to town with great foods. Owner was very responsive when we asked for food recommendation too.

It is located on ground floor, was worry on the first night. But subsequently we felt quite safe around in the neighbourhood.

The staff is really friendly and helpful. They help us to print out the train schedule. Also, the room is great and new which in a very reasonable price. It is a excellent stay that I wish to stay for more nights.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo sia per la posizione che per l'appartamento veramente confortevole.

Appartamento vicino alla stazione, molto comoda la posizione, Possibilità di parcheggiare nei pressi gratuitamente. Buon rapporto con il proprietario sempre disponibile. Letti molto comodi e ambiente confortevole. Bello il bagno.

Magari sarebbe utile un armadio se le persone rimangono per più notti. Per una notte per noi non è stato necessario.

Estaba cerca de la estación de tren y puedes llegar caminando. La gente muy amable. Estaba limpio.

La cocina no está equipada, si bien hay una mesa y un frigorífico, no hay nada más, ni platos ni utensilios. Tampoco tiene ventanas, dan a la calle.

Sehr laute Nacht in La Spezia

Tolles kleines Apartment in guter zentraler Lage, geräumiges Bad.

Wir hätten uns wirklich eine Vorwarnung gewünscht, dass die Tür des Apartments direkt an einer sehr viel befahrenen Straße liegt. Man tritt von der Straße ein und steht schon mitten drin. Das haben wir so nicht gewusst und hätten es sicher nicht gebucht, hätten wir das gewusst. Das erste was wir gesehen haben, waren die Oropax am Nachttisch, das spricht für sich. Man schläft gefühlt auf der Straße, so laut ist es. Hatten eine sehr durchwachsene Nacht und waren froh, am nächsten Morgen weiter zu fahren. Sauberkeit ließ auch zu wünschen übrig, nicht identifizierbare Krümel am Boden, Klobrille dreckig und kaputt.

Excelente alojamiento en La Spezia, a solo unos minutos caminando de la estación central y muy fácil de llegar. Andrea fue súper amable desde el principio y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos con cualquier duda. El lugar estaba impecablemente limpio, muy tranquilo y perfecto para lo que necesitábamos. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí. ¡Muy recomendado!
