Hotel B&B Stossplatz anytime and easy self Check-in

Absolute gem! Every little detail in this modern neat small hotel was well thought over and a feast for the eye. Check in so easy & Facilities well kept and spotless. Although a self check in hotel, the thoughtful touches added for travellers as well as the welcoming & friendly hostess at breakfast is sure to make every traveller feel special and welcome. Dining room /lounge beautiful & breakfast was superb & laundry available a fantastic bonus if you have been travelling a while. Although location is a not right in centre, (I preffered it to be closer to train station as not to drag around luggage) the perks of this quiet, stylish whimsical place most definitely makes up by far for the easy short stroll to town! I can highly recommend!

We visited in June.Room was very hot in the night during summer even with all windows open. atleast during summer months a fan in the room would be really helpful.

Excellent B&B in Appenzell. Next to the train station and can take the 'short-route' to the B&B if you walk to the end of the train track where it intersects the road, rather than following the Google map. Very good breakfast and excellent host. Highly recommended.

Very clean room, excellent breakfast and access to coffee/tea anytime, appreciated the ability to buy a cold drink anytime, hospitality of the manager
