The room was great, lovely comfortable bed and sofa. Very clean and pleasant to stay in. Very good sized room, the fridge and room heating were great additions. Will definitely come to stay again.
Shared bathroom was slightly difficult to access when sharing the hotel with other customers but not an issue at all.

Easy to find. About 10-15 minutes walk from the station. Quiet, cosy room. Kettle, microwave and TV all worked fine. Clean bathroom with good shower.
The phone number on Booking.com reports 'not recognised' when phoned Also, the host did not respond to an email I sent - after three days. This is very poor service. I had to contact Booking.com directly to get a new phone number. I have never had to do this in 20 years of using this site.

Accommodation in Lincoln is overpriced - this is a really great budget option. Private room, location is 15 mins from the Cathedral, shops nearby. The room is simple but totally fine, a bed, tv (only some BBC channels), a micro and a kettle. Self check-in, received instructions on the day.
The house itself is a bit run down. The room is simple, i wouldn't say pleasant, but also nothing particularly wrong with it. Pity shower / toilet is not on the same floor, and there is no noise insulation so I could hear everything what the other guests did. So it's not really a good place, but compared to the prices is Lincoln, I would stay here again.
