I communicated twice with the property before arriving in Lincoln and the guy was very helpful. Everything went exactly as he said (check in procedure).

The bed was comfy, the shower was nice, it was a warm room & great value for money
I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again... But the windows definitely need a clean from the outside as there was a large amount of cobwebs!

Location was great and very easy access with code
No lamp for ambience so had to use spotlights which were bright. Didn't affect us too much but TV could be provided
