Fabulous location. Enjoyed the walk to the marina along the towpath. Very easy to travel into Lincoln and explore surrounding area. Clean quiet rooms refreshed daily. Good facilities god children subject to weather. Excellent value for the money.
Friday and Saturday evenings in the restaurant very busy and service was about an hour which was a little long but staff did make us aware and there was a clear sign at check-in. Without booking we won’t have been able to eat in the restaurant

Not a lot - basic, but handy for a mid way point to meet friends
The rooms - but you get what you pay for I suppose. The rooms being in a separate block to the pub and food areas.
