The location was lovely beautiful surroundings half hour walk along the canal into Lincoln centre. The pub (separate from lodges) served beautiful food we sat outside by the canal on a lovely summer evening.

Did not have breakfast, but the evening meal was excellent. Staff were all friendly and the whole place had a positive energy

It was available and had parking.
The pub looked awesome though.
Quite outdated and the wifi was non existent. The tv in the room was awful as well.
