Excellent location - close to the castle, cathedral and steep hill. Quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast included with good selection. Room was comfortable and had a nice view of the cathedral. Tea and coffee and some biscuits in room which was appreciated. Bathroom was nice and modern with a really good large shower! Car park directly opposite hotel. Would stay again if returning to Lincoln overnight.

Location. Room was warm and spacious and great toiletries inthe large bathroom.
Breakfast was cooked to order and was excellent, plenty choice.
Filter coffee was cold both mornings. This is only a minor thing and everything else was great.

Location was perfect, loved the little bar area and outdoor seating
The temperature was too warm in both the hotel itself and the room. The original room I had booked had hairs and a stain on the bed sheet and the sink looked like it hadn’t been cleaned as it was full of what looked like beard shavings. The member of staff on the day was so supportive, apologetic and accommodating and helped me move rooms. The second room was cleaner however the temperature was still quite warm in general in the room and the main hotel. There was also roadworks going on outside the property meaning it was quite loud first thing in the morning. I can’t fault the member of staff at all and want to thank her for being so helpful however with the first room not being very clean it did put me off slightly
