Good location for the city centre and for the Brayford. Great, friendly staff on reception. Very clean… didn’t use the MPW restaurant for dinner on this occasion, but have used it a few times previously and is always excellent.
The car park - doesn’t make it clear how to pay - could be easy to accidentally leave without paying and then presumably get a fine… also.. the cost isn’t £16… it was about £18.50 after the service charge is added - it’s only a couple of pound but feels like cheating the customer.

Don't be fooled by the name 'Hilton' !!

It was DIRTY - old dirty socks from previous occupant still in room !! My used coffee mug not cleaned, just left for the next day Room was cold - electric radiator left in room to use Room was dimly lit Waited ages for food in MPW's restaurant and was too expensive for the quality of food.

Location. Staff especially receptionist were wonderful. Our room was good, clean and comfortable. Having it's own car park was a bonus
