Excellent location for all amenities, bar, restaurants etc. Property was clean. Easy to check-in. Carparks close by which were easily accessible.
The bathroom needs better ventilation as it was really hot.

The location was good for both the old town and newer area. Well equipped kitchen and good apartment in general
Saturday morning the water wasn’t very hot in the shower, we put this down to the chance a number of people in the building had been using the water. Later in the day the water was even colder. I rang the number on booking.com and was told there was nothing they could do until Monday when they would get someone to come and check it. They only thing they could offer was a partial refund. Next morning, we had to boil kettles for hot water to wash. As we were leaving the cleaners were arriving and we mentioned the issue to them who said they would report it as well. The visitors to other apartment on the floor came out and mentioned they also had the same issue with the water, had sent a message on booking.com but had no response. I have since sent a number of messages on booking.com to the owner and sent text messages to the mobile number they answered on Saturday, with no response to any. This is disappointing service considering the issues we had and it now feels like they are trying to avoid giving us they offered at the time.
