    Fabulous location, right in the heart of the coty centre ( so there is noise related traffic!) the room was large and covered our needs for a few days away. Close to all amenities and the free parking was great.

    We arrived in Lincoln on a Saturday night, when the High Street was jumping with loud music, dancing, and laughter. Our room, above Huckleberry's Bar and Grill, was just a block and a half from the action. Would we get any sleep? Actually, no problem. The street was quiet and the room comfortable, with a large private bathroom and ample storage space. It even had a patio. There was a staircase to negotiate with luggage, but we managed. The management was always responsive, and during daylight hours there was always a friendly lady at the bar to help sort things. The restaurant is a short walk from the newer part of town; to access the castle and cathedral requires a climb up Steep Hill, but it's well worth the exertion. We enjoyed our stay.

    Fantastic value, lovely room, great location, and easy check-in. It was a hot evening and there isn't air con but a large fan was provided by the hotel. Note, we needed to bring our own shampoo and shower gel. But towels and other basic amenities were provided. The street outside is noisy on a weekend, however, with the windows closed this didn't bother us.

    Pissed up women shoutun on streets dogs barking cars and motorbikes beeping and reving till 5 am in morning walking into hotel pigeon poo all over step bedroom windows full of rust and debree hotel is like summet back in 70s wouldnt go back rather pay extra and stay in a travel lodge
