Great location close to the city centre, 5 minute walk to cathedral and castle (we were here in part for a concert at the castle). Staff extremely helpful. Breakfast good quality.
Although there a limited number of onsite parking space, access is very tricky up a narrow, steep entrance. We feel this should be made clearer on the website as some cars would be unable to get in or out.

Location was ideal.
No where to turn your car around. Bed and breakfast should mean you get a cooked English breakfast, you shouldn't have to pay extra.
Can't see why some give it 10 out of 10.
