Great location

It is in a central location with good facilities including a fridge which is useful.

The only bad point is that at the end of my stay, 2 staff members knocked on my door at 9.55 telling me that check out was at 10 am. I did not find this very welcome as I am aware of the checkout time. I can understand that the cleaning staff want to get on with cleaning the room, but I had the impression that they wanted to rush me out of the room.

Very clean, comfortable and great location. Access was easy by code entry. We booked a couple of rooms and both were fantastic. We will definitely rebook here in future.

A surprising lovely stay

Located literally a few steps from the Main Street in Lincoln Nearby parking Clean and modern. Everything you need Cheap

When first got there the room we went into wasn’t cleaned however I called and it was sorted within minutes with a new room given to us.

Amazing would stay again

Location was amazing and for the price this cannot be unbeaten, i would stay here again every time in lincoln, situated near all the bars and clubs but very quiet at night despite being so close, very easy to check in however took a few attempts to put the door code in but once we got the hang of it we were in and sorted. Very spacious and such good value for money. small NCP Car park located literally next door which we prebooked. Would stay here again in the future

Good location but poor entry system

The location was central to shops and the church.

The access to the property is coded, which doesn't come into effect until dead on 4pm. So we were stuck outside for over 40 mins. If they had stated NO ENTRY to the property before 4.01pm we wouldn't have headed there ! Also others had tried to get in (after 4pm) but struggled , so an alarm started going off !!

A terrible night with spiders flying all over

It’s clean and good location.

The front door key access was not working. It left everyone trapped outside. They were not able to resolve it satisfactorily. Should have given everyone a number that worked but communication to guests was non existent. Either we had use another’s code or rely on another guest to let us in. Unnecessary stress.

Needs secondary glazing!

The location is perfect,. The bed is comfy and the shower is nice and powerful. The room overall is very good.

The room has an old sash window which is lovely, however no secondary glazing has been installed and given it's location just off the main high street and next to a restaurant it's INCREDIBLY noisy. The window offers zero resistance to sounds - it was almost as if the people and cars outside were in the room with you! This went on till gone 1am and it was impossible to sleep before then. Add to that the early check-out time and in the end we didn't sleep well at all. Additionally there was no washing up liquid or a drainer for drying pots.

Bedroom facilities good, but kitchenette is pointless.

Keycode entry: provide instructions for those who have never used this system. Let people know what room they are staying in; shouldn't have to call support. TV in a dangerous position - easy to hit your head on the corner when entering/exiting bathroom. Provide a blackout blind - the see-through blind may be aesthetic, but not good for sleep when the area's sodium streetlights light up the room, or privacy.

Overall a great stay and comfortable.

The property is in a great city centre location with shops, bars and restaurants on the doorstep. It was very clean and modern. I got my check in door code straight away and was very easy to let your self in and out of the property. Shower was great, there’s a dining table and dressing table and also toiletries supplied. It was lovely and warm given we stayed in November. The bed is huge too!

Customer service could be better when you ask for a request, I requested earlier check in and for the extra bed to be made up as there were 3 of us but this was not done, so a little disappointed about that given the money we paid. There was no fresh milk supplied and very limited sugar for hot drinks. There’s no oven if you want to cook food, only a a hob and microwave. We only had 2 towels and there were 3 guests. The bed was too hard for my personal liking. Another issue we had was you can hear other people talking in the neighbouring rooms. Also the blinds that are up don’t give enough privacy with people and cars going by. The lamp didn’t work in the living room and there was no washing up liquid supplied.

Good place for a short break.

Location; you are right in the middle of the old town centre, with pubs , shops and beautiful buildings.

Lots of noise in the evening, and very early in the morning. Also our allocated room had not been cleaned, and had dirty towels, toilet and bedding. The simply team did eventually move us into an adjacent room that was clean.

Great apartments let down by communication and door entry system.

The apartments are so well located for the city centre and old town but far enough away to be quiet at night. Lots of NCP parking nearby. The apartment and building look brand new and are so clean and smell fantastic. The apartments have everything you need for a short break. Really nice.

We were sent a link to the Guest Guide that should have contained the door entry code. However, the link didn't work, and despite contacting the staff (call centre + messages) three times we arrived for check-in at 16.00 and three other couples were all locked out with the same problem. Also, when you do finally have a code, it still doesn't work. You need to a # at the end of the code. None of the instructions tell you that. We had to call for a third time. It's so frustrating. Judging by reviews, this is not a new issue and happens regularly. It's not really good enough.

Not impressed by the security!!

The bed was comfortable and it was clean

I was provided the wrong code to get into the building, I was working nights and so I was sleeping in the day and someone nocked on the door at 1pm and when I didn’t respond he just unlocked the door and started coming in!! Not impressed!!

Great location, good facilities, but some issues that need sorting.

Good location. Nicely refurbished to a high standard. Great having a little kitchenette. Good selection of crockery and utensils.

Some shelves had been missed in the cleaning - found dirty fork and hair on two different shelves. The lighting was very harsh. One central light which was extremely bright and one very dimly lit lamp in one of the rooms and no lamp in the other room. Not suitable for relaxing on an evening, especially if you didn't want to watch tele but wanted to read. Needed to provide washing up liquid - had to wash pots with water only which isn't hygienic. Info said there was parking the reality was you had to pay for parking in NCP parking lot, this should have been made clear. Info was misleading. Arriving and finding our room was tricky. we only had one link to one of our rooms. Though the staff answered the phone straight away and sent a second code. We didn't understand why you couldn't check in until 4pm and had to leave by 10 am. This is not very generous or hospitable. The cleaners arrived before 10am so I imagine the rooms are all ready to use by the usually 2pm check in time. I presume all of the above are teething problems for a new business that will get worked out and then the accommodation would become excellent.

Lovely apartment, huge bed, bedding and towels very clean and smelt lovely and the apartment smelt and looked really clean. Great location and good value for money.

Walls/ceilings/floors/windows very thin. Upstairs were so noisy til gone midnight, also other guests in and out for cigarettes banging doors and talking directly in front of our door and window (not the hosts fault obviously but we could hear everything). Would prefer a tv in the room where the sofa is, rather than in the bedroom. No washing up liquid or handwash which not everyone thinks to take (luckily we did). On arrival, we had an old dirty sponge scourer in our sink. If the paintwork was just neatened up/cleaned off around sockets, skirting etc, it would really make such a difference as it is otherwise a very smart apartment. Guests need to be informed the front door code is the same as the room door code. Several times we heard the doorbell or the emergency alarm when too many attempts at the front door code.

Amazing location and very modern apartment

Excellent location just a stone's throw from the high street. The apartment was very clean and both the sofa bed and bed were very comfortable. The shower products were high quality and smelt lovely.

There were four of us staying there but only enough cutlery in the drawer for three people. No hand-soap provided in the whole apartment so we had to use our own hand-gel.
