Room with a fantastic view of the Cathedral. Real old school charm with modern comfort. Had a fantastic meal at Antlers Restaurant and breakfast was excellent.
Minor confusion on parking - I think they had the wrong day for sending us the code. Easily sorted.

Overpriced and not very friendly.
The location
The room was really small and had a view of the air conditioning units etc with a bit of the cathedral. Breakfast was disorganised. They were too full in the normal room and sat us in the bar instead. Had to chase to get our order twice. Took an hour.

Location excellent. Parking available. Lovely bars, restaurant, breakfast.
We arrived a little early on the Sunday and was offered £10 to check-in early which we accepted. Our room must of not been used previously ie been on the not-a-great-room list. It was comfy and clean. But it was on the 3rd floor in what would have been the servants quarters as the stairs were smaller than others, and faced the street. Not a problem usually (this is a city centre location after all), but the road below was cordoned off anyway for roadworks - which started around 7am. Before that trucks were stopping below us and emptying glass bottles, deliveries etc as they couldnt get further down the road. Then there was the beep-beep of reversing. So lack of sleep and felt knackered.

Lincoln weekend with friends.
The room was adequate, if a little small. Check-in was good. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good, although service was a little slower than ideal. The hotel is ideally placed, very close to the cathedral. Parking was also available very nearby.
Shower head was low for a taller person (felt like I was wearing a hat!)
