Convenient location for cathedral and castle, plus local shops. Room was comfortable and quiet, bed was comfortable. Balcony view was great. Food was very nice.
The decor could do with refreshing, but that’s it. Perhaps a little more choice on the menu.

The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are very tired and need refurbishing. Hardly any plug sockets and very dated.
Bathroom needs a complete overhaul but the shower was powerful.
The staff are AMAZING couldn’t fault them.
It is very tired and in need of refurbishing.

We have stayed there a few times over the last few years. It is definitely ready for a total refurbishment now
