Outstanding B&B with the most perfect hosts

Wow! What can we say, this exceptional B&B is stunning, comfortable, relaxing and the perfect place to unwind. The attention to detail is incredible, Anthony and Siobhan have thought of everything! From the outstanding rooms, perfect breakfast, glass bottles of water, and a complementary chocolate at the side of the bed, we couldn’t have asked for anymore Breakfast was a masterpiece, tasty and beautifully presented cooked breakfast, and the gorgeous fruit compote was a winner for me Thankyou to Anthony and Siobhan for a wonderful stay..and a huge Thankyou to Basil for a lovely cuddle too 😊 we will be back!

Our stay at Little Redlands was perfect. Beautiful house and a well equipped comfy room. Friendly and welcoming hosts. A wonderful breakfast selection all cooked and presented to the highest standards. We would thoroughly recommend Little Redlands for anybody visiting Lincoln or the surrounding area.

Edwardian Delight!

I had the great pleasure of staying at the Little Redland B&B. This Edwardian property has been lovely renovated to a high standard, with wonderful features, wherever you look! The attention to detail is second to none! Not only that, but Anthony & Siobhan are very hospitable and accommodating. I shall look forward to my return visit.

Great accommodation with easy access to the city

Amazing property with so much atmosphere. Old in style, yet modern and quirky. Silver service quality breakfast in the amazing Drawing Room. The option of a meat, cheese and nibbles platter in the evening (pre booked) was a bonus after a long drive. Perfect location for local bus into Lincoln. Everything perfectly clean. Anthony and Siobhan have gone the extra mile to ensure guests have what theyneed.

Just wonderful.

A luxurious 5 star experience.

Beautiful house, lovely stylish decor in keeping with style of property. Lovely spacious bedroom with amazing bathroom. Well kept garden and plenty of private parking. Everything thought of, sensational bathroom products, bathrobes, fluffy towels all perfect. Breakfast was outstanding, again individually catered for, fresh home cooked delicious great quality food. Nothing was too much bother. Hosts were attentive, friendly and professional.

Excellent - best place we’ve ever stayed in.

Everything from start to finish. Anthony and Siobhan were so friendly and helpful. They welcomed us and explained how to use car gate. The breakfast was delicious and there were so much choice. This was the best room we have ever stayed in. So clean and tidy. No expense was spared and the hosts paid so much attention to every detail in the room and during breakfast. We will definitely be coming back again. Thank you so much.

Great location , easy access into Lincoln city centre. A stunning property which you can feel is lived by the hosts , who both are friendly and ensure you feel well looked after

Amazing little B&B

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night break staying at Little Redlands. Anthony and Siobhan have created a very warm welcoming house and their attention to detail is above and beyond. Our room No3 was perfect with a big bathroom. Breakfast was delicious (amazing selection which you order the night before). I would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Staying here felt like a real treat!

Beautiful house, inside and out. The attention to detail was exceptional, everything had been thought of. Spotlessly clean, tidy and very tastefully decorated and accessorised to a high standard. The owners are super friendly, nothing is too much trouble. We received a complimentary upgrade to the most beautiful Turret suite! The breakfast was amazing, such a great choice of very well cooked and presented food. Can highly recommend the in room Charcuterie board on arrival - super yummy! We will definitely be back here !!!

Exceptional B&B

The property is lovely, it is set in well maintained grounds with parking on site. It’s a 10 - 15 minute drive into the centre of Lincoln. The house has been finished to a very high standard and the room was exceptional, the bed was huge and comfortable, the bathroom was stunning, modern but with original period features. The attention to detail was unprecedented and we wanted for nothing, everything had been thought of in advance and was there at your finger tips. The choice for breakfast rivalled the fanciest hotels, I have never seen such a list of options, it tasted delicious and was presented very nicely. The owners Siobhan and Anthony were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. We would stay here again and would highly recommend the B&b.

From pre arrival to departure, we were looked after and provided with clarity on evryhting from access to room details to brerakfast bookings. We were looked after without it ever feeling intrusive. Room great size and comfortable and had all the facilities needed.

Premium quality perfectly maintained B&B

This place truly exceeded our expectations and had everything that one needs from a B&B. You could see that so much thought has gone through in designing all the facilities and accessories in the room, processes around check-in, breakfast etc as well as communication with the guests. Anthony and his wife were great hosts and provided excellent service to us throughout our stay. The property is in immaculate condition with everything being of premium quality with no signs of cost cutting anywhere. We would definitely stay again.

Anthony & Siobhan were very friendly and welcoming, and looked after us very well. The breakfast had a large choice, so all tastes catered for. The room was large, clean and very comfortable.

There was an extensive form to fill in online every day for your breakfast choices, which would have benefited from a "Same as yesterday" option to simplify.

Lovely quiet stay

Lovely comfortable room. Anthony and Siobhan are lovely and take great care to give you a lovely stay. Everything is immaculate. Breakfast had a great choice and was served beautifully. You can sit in the garden with a glass of wine if you wish. Secure parking and electric points available. Local pubs and restaurants were a short drive away. Took five minutes to drive into Lincoln centre. Would 100% stay here again. Lovely city to visit.

The best place we have stayed

Everything! The room was spotless and well stocked, with great facilities. Anthony and Siobhan were both incredibly polite, amenable, and so easy to get along with. The room was restockes with coffees/tea/milk/water/chocolates each day. We were provided ice buckets and champagne flutes. The breakfast was made to a superb quality, with lots of choices. Honestly cannot recommend it more!

Honestly cannot fault the place at all! The only thing I can think of would be a slightly more up to date smart TV, but that is very minor.

The location was ideal for travelling into the city of Lincoln only 10 mins by car There was also a bus stop just outside The b&b was absolutely spotless one of the best I’ve stopped in and very well organised Anthony and Siobhan were exceptional hosts and the breakfast was second to none Will be stopping there again

Everything at Little Redlands was perfect for our stay. The breakfast was first class and locally sourced. The gardens were well maintained and great to just sit in and relax. The whole property was full of lovely little touches and Anthony and Siobhan could not have done more.
