The breakfast was good. We liked the way that we could choose what we liked and glad you had proper Lincolnshire sausages on the menu as being born in Lincoln and living in Caistor it was being home again.
Only thing was the noise of the heating going on and off through the night.

Nice and cozy hotel, family run with a passion. Staff were respectful and yet friendly, breakfast "spot on". I had a special request of a birthday cake for my wife's birthday after breakfast and it was no trouble at all. The cake was freshly hand made and delicious. Free parking on site, very near to the entrance which made it very easy with suitcases. I will definitely book again next time I will be in Lincoln.
We were happy with everything, the hotel offered everything we needed for our short break away from home.

There was plenty of parking available. The room was clean, and the small air heater provided was very useful, especially as there were no additional blankets. Breakfast was tasty, and the staff member serving in the morning was friendly and helpful. They also have a robot waiter to help serving breakfast, which was a fun surprise and the first time I’ve encountered one in real life.
I had significant difficulty locating the property. I called the hotel several times around 18:30, but no one answered the phone. I also sent a message, which went unanswered. With the help of a stranger, I eventually found the hotel at 20:30.
When I explained the situation at reception, I was simply told that there is “only one Newark Road in Lincoln,” with no explanation as to why my calls and messages were not returned. For clarity, Newark Road is a very long road, and number 37 appears twice on sat nav systems. Had someone answered the phone or called me back, I would have been spared over two hours of worry that my booking might have been a hoax.
The following day, after leaving, I realised I might have left my phone charger behind. We stopped our journey and tried calling the hotel again. After 30 minutes of repeated attempts, no one answered. We drove back, and I was able to walk straight into the hotel and into the room we had stayed in—as the door was left open—to retrieve my charger.
