Great host and accommodation

Location because it was close to where my wife went to. The services was excellent, we drove from afar and the host was waiting for us which was warmingly receptive. The bed was comfortable and it was really quiet, good place for resting.

The floor was creaking but did not bother us as we only used the room to sleep in at night.

Short stay.

Vincent was so welcoming and respectful from the moment my husband and I met him. Room was very clean and the ensuite was exceptional.....very clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was lovely...the first B&B we have stayed in where the cooked breakfast was brought to us hot.

Great hotel and the staff are really friendly. Check-in was easy and so was pre-ordering breakfast. Comfy bed, plenty of pillows. Earl Gray tea and a teapot. Poached eggs at breakfast were perfect and very well cooked. Robot server is brilliant.

It’s in a good location with everything you need included. WiFi, breakfast, hairdryer. Provided for a good nights sleep after an evening out with friends.

Very nice greeting from reception and bag was taken up the stairs to room...so, fabulous welcome! I was upgraded from single room to double room, which was very nice. My room was bright, clean and had everything I could possibly need for an overnight stay. Very clean room and bathroom. My bed was very comfortable.

I have to mention that the only issue was on waking up at 5am and going for a shower there was no hot water. I ran the shower for a few minutes, but still cold water. I then boiled the kettle to have a hot wash in sink and my plug did not work in sink - so this was not great. I managed, but I must just alert you to this issue in my room.

Nice little hotel

Good value for the money paid. Breakfast was superb, and got served by a robot, which was quite a novelty. Good location for town, with a regular bus service. Right opposite a small shopping centre for any essentials needed.

Rooms were a bit tired. i'e paper peeling off ceiling, and scrape marks down the walls where the beds had been moved

Clean, friendly and perfect for a visit to Lincoln

The front of house was very friendly and helpful, he provided me with taxi numbers and local bus information and nothing was too much trouble for him. Very clean and perfect for our stay to visit the castle and concert the bus into Lincoln are every 10 mins from behind the precinct and taxi back from the centre was 14 pound.

Altho breakfast was included I booked for 8.30 and waited nearly 40 minutes before it came out.

Despite a good breakfast and uncomfortable stay

Breakfast was good. However there was no heating and the breakfast room was very cold and uncomfortable. My bedroom was cold and the electric radiator didn’t work. No hot water and not able to shower in the morning

I should have been advices that there was no heating and no hot water in the hotel which made my stay very uncomfortable. I woke up in the middle of the night very very cold realising that the radiator wasn’t working. No hot water for a morning shower.

Homely and good value

Ok guys I'll tell you with truth and passion this Loudor Hotel was absolutely what it stated; no fuss booking via Booking.com provided the `on the tin` desirable, an absolute good value for money stay with a peaceful rest and excellent breakfast! The night staff accepted without question my super late check-in! the good Ladies that provided the morning greeting with a full and total breakfast experience equalled by none of these Travelodge/premier bandits! free and secure parking also bang on! The bedroom had proper kettle and tea/coffee stuff onit! This was a total value and quality hotel experience equalled by no-one and I will most definitely being going back! A massive thank-you to all Loudor Staff and Management

The staff were friendly and catered for me leaving before breakfast time by making me a bacon sandwich ready in the morning, which was very nice and appreciated.

Breakfast was nice. Nice prepared and presented. Te bed was comfortable, and the en-suite was neat, tidy and in good working order.

Poor Wi-Fi -Although there was password, the router did not appear on my device. I needed to rely on my network provider for online use. TV in the room had poor reception and was very small.

I asked for Yogurt to be told it wasn't bought because it is often wasted.

Warm welcome, pleasant room overlooking a rear garden not tended, food okay. Robot a waste of time.

When we returned to our room on day 1 we found it had not been serviced. We asked why not and a lady ( owner) said guests did not like staff going into their rooms. Then she said the girls had forgotten you. Then she said the health inspector had said due to Covid staff should not go into guests rooms. The breakfast bar was conspicuous by its 3 packets of weetabix and three boxes of cerels often hidden by objects etc
