The Loudor

Location to Lincoln excellent, full set of shops just across the road,very speedy Taxi service, no waiting for ever for it to arrive. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Food and service excellent.

Hotel could do with air-conditioning as it was really hot in the room and the dining area during the recent hot summer weather.

The staff were friendly and helpful The room was clean Location was ok Breakfast was delicious

The bed was uncomfortable No air conditioning but a fan was provided It was all a bit tired and dated

Plenty of free on site parking, in a nice residential area and the room was nice and clean with adequate facilities.

The staff at breakfast need some training. It was young adults/ children who didn't let us know to serve ourselves and didn't take away our plates until we had left, so we were sat with dirty plates the whole time and I needed to ask whether we could take the juice as they didn't explain anything to us. They also cleared away the juice/ yoghurt table at 9:30 even though breakfast was until 10am so we never had a chance to try it anyway after we finished our hot food. They were stood in the kitchen with an open doorway loudly chatting amongst themselves which was off putting. Overall we didn't enjoy the breakfast experience.
