Spotlessly clean and everything you needed in your room. Breakfast was unbelievable, spoilt for choice and everything was so fresh and some items home cooked

The owners were super kind and welcoming and we are very happy to have met them and stayed there. We liked the house very much, so charming, and the breakfast they prepared for us was excellent.

The breakfast was continental style, nice and with plenty of choice . The location was ok and what we expected, a 25 minute walk along the main road to Lincoln railway station and a much nicer 30 minute walk along the river to the marina.
The car parking was street parking around the side and back of the property, but nothing can be done about that , otherwise everything was good
