Very high quality, and really good value for money.

Interesting house, full of antiques, and works of art. Really friendly hosts. Exceptionally good breakfast including fresh fruit, cold meat and cheese platter and home made jams and marmalades. You can have five courses if you want to! There is no parking at the guest house, but there is free parking on the streets nearby.

An excellent traditional guesthouse, lovely hosts, and good value for money

A warm welcome. Anna and Iain were excellent hosts throughout. A comfortable house packed with interesting antiques and objets d'art. Lovely bedroom, fluffy towels, all facilities good. Delicious breakfast including fresh fruit and table of cold cuts. An excellent guest house.

Difficult to write anything here. There is no direct parking onsite but that is made absolutely clear when you book, and prior to arrival, and free parking is available on side streets very close by - so it's not really a problem.

Spotlessly clean. Heating easily adjusted to suit. Lovely choice for breakfast. Very accommodating - let me check in early so I could get to an appointment in time. Would definitely return.

Friendly and welcoming

Iain and Anne were extremely friendly and served a delicious breakfast, with lovely chutneys, jams and marmalades a particular highlight. Decor was quirky and original, parking easy, communication good.

A 10 am checkout on a Sunday morning was a bit earlier than would have been preferred.

Good value, cosy stay on the edge of Lincoln

Comfortable bed, good sleep quality in interesting Victorian-themed room with pedestal basin and good quality toiletries Separate bathroom. Pleasant continental breakfast. Complimentary hot drinks and biscuits round the clock. Welcoming hosts. Nice decor and garden space. Parking on side street free. Park opposite.

Shower was a bit small for me to get into. 1.3 mile walk into central Lincoln was okay as it was dry but would not be pleasant in the rain.

My stay at this property and visiting Lincoln was perfect really looking forward to returning.

I had a wonderful stay at this property would recommend to all family and friends the owners were so friendly and inviting they catered for my food allergies and even made sure I was able to eat things safely on the breakfast table. They made my stay here perfect and can’t wait to return for another visit.

The host was professional at what they do they looked after you ,nothing was any trouble ,Ann, Iain, where the best host you could have, alot of knowledge about the city .we would recommend this to anyone going there ,with home made jams and marmalade, what was excellent fresh fruit,continental meats,aswell thank you again Ann, Iain hopefully we will see you again in the future

A true gem of a place.

The quirkiness of the decor was so interesting to look at ..so much to see and discover..The location ideal for walking into central Lincoln especially for the theatre. Hosts were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast had great choice. Clean and comfortable room. Lots of tea/coffee and cakes provided.Lovely garden to sit in. Was very enjoyable stay ..a place I'd happily return to.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. Although no.parking at house plenty free parking in streets.

No reserved parking which is not a huge problem but something to keep in mind. A good distance to walk to get food but not too bad if you're visiting the city centre anyway.

I had the warmest welcome from Iain and the room was extremely pretty, clean, quaintly decorated and very comfortable. I just loved the whole decor and the hosts are so lovely. The continental Breakfast was amazing, with yogurts, fresh fruit, ham, boiled eggs and great selection of cereals - truly yummy.

Creston Villa Guest House was my favorite accommodation during our 5 week trip in England!

We loved our stay in this special place! The room was beautiful and full of special touches that made you feel at home, as well as being very comfortable and spotless. Breakfast was delicious with home made jams and so much food! Our hosts were wonderful, friendly, helpful, and couldn't do enough to make us feel at home. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Very happy with Cresta and I am now a pretty regular customer.

Bedroom clean and tidy with clean en suite . Access to kitchen and all facilities such as microwave.

Lack of parking facilities needs to be taken into account.

Friendly B&B where we felt very well looked after.

Iain and Anna were the friendliest hosts we have ever met. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely and they served a great breakfast which was included in the price. There was even a room downstairs we could relax in if we wished. They were helpful with advice on visiting and had vouchers we could use for the cathedral. Very close to Bomber Command as well.

It was slightly further from Lincoln town centre than we expected(20min walk) although there was a good bus route with frequent buses.
