Fine for one night

Handy for us as round the corner from where we were visiting, not too far from reasonable parking and a bargain. Facilities to make hot drinks and the apartment was clean.

The photos were already good but the room exceeded my expectations. It was spacious and very clean, with a lovely bathroom. The location was great as I needed the high street.

There is no large kitchen facility, but there is a kettle and mugs in the room provided. A visitor parking permit would also have been a help too.

Perfect for one or two night getaway

The location is perfect for the football stadium and just off high street (for shops etc) with train station within a walkable distance. The room was cosy, very clean, easy check in into property. Bed comfortable.

Very clean, wonderful shower, comfortable bed. Enjoyed the smart tv too. Also it was great to have a boiler with some tea, coffee/milk and cookies. There’s a lovely cafe in the vicinity, with tasty food and drinks and a very friendly owner.

The room was extremely small, making it difficult for two people to move comfortably. However, the biggest issue was the complete lack of privacy due to the room being at street level with unsuitable window coverings. Since the windows cover the whole wall, opening the blinds to let light in meant everyone passing by could look directly into the room; you literally felt like the space was exposed on the street. It urgently needs privacy screens that can let light filter through while blocking the view, at least for the lower half of the windows. On the other hand, even when fully closed, the blinds still didn't create enough darkness for sleeping comfortably in the morning. Beyond that, there were a few other minor issues. We expected to find at least shower gel, which is usually standard, but the room only provided hand soap, and its dispenser was defective (we had to remove the pump to use it). Finally, the heating was inconsistent - it worked on some days but not on others, seeming to turn on and off completely at random. So unfortunately, half of the time is was quite chilly in the room.

Good location and cosy flat.

It's a very cozy and comfortable room. The bed is comfortable. The tea and coffee, plus biscuits, were nice. I would stay here again. It was facing the back garden so nice and quiet. The shower is very nice and spacious.

Pretty good and comfortable overnight stay

I like the comfort of the bed and local to the city centre.

The bathroom fan was very dusty as it could’ve been given a simple wipe. Plus the tv wall bracket to be fixed properly.

A quiet night in !

I liked the immediate help from the staff when I arrived and had no wi fi cover and couldn't find the information about using key safe etc - I had also forgotten my key safe number and room number. The management team were fab and immediately forwarded all the information needed. The following morning I was waiting for my brother to arrive to pick me up - I was waiting outside the property but on the path. The team that arrived to sort the rooms out were lovely and friendly and allowed me to continue waiting for my lift.

The room was slightly smaller than I was expecting but it was given in the room description. I couldn't get the TV to work but again probably due to my own failure to link it up to the free use WiFi.

It was incredibly clean and well presented. Showers were lovely and overall made for a very pleasant stay.

It may also be due to the current weather but, maybe some small fans in bedrooms as the bedrooms became very hot.

Convent one nights stay near LHR. Would not stay there again.

Location near Airport was good for me as had an early flight. Bed was comfortable and clean. Shower although quite small was OK. It has a kitchen where you're able to make a coffee (provided with tea bags) plus plates and cutlery etc. Teres a washing machine and Microwave so very convent for longer stays.

Theres double glazing (quite old) so you can hear the planes taking off every 60 seconds, although is does reduce into the evening, but its quite loud. Booig in and gaining access is quite complicated, theres an agency that contacts you after your booking and nearer the day of arrival you have to pay £1 to get to nest steps, once this approved within 24 hours yi get your House and Room access codes. This is OK as long as you're able to receive. My room was small but ok with a small bathroom, the curtains were very old and thin, so let in all the light. plus they did not fit the windows and as room close to the path people can see you through the gaps did not like this. Carpet has a few Cloth Iron burn marks and does not look very clean. Toilet seat was broken on one side but useable.

Yes, of course. The owners of the apartments try to take care of your comfort. I think the high rating is because the rooms are newly renovated, but there are things that can be improved.

Firstly, the location, the area is not good, and you feel unsafe when you return home at 11 pm, it's about 15 minutes walk from the train station. The mattress and pillows are uncomfortable, the bed linen is not ironed. The room is quite stuffy, and the window does not open, everything is locked with a key, there are no blackout curtains, only plastic blinds that let in light. Liquid soap was at the bottom of the bottle, it seems that you are not expected, and I would like the carpet to be cleaner

A very comfortable stay.

The property was a short walk from the station and close to everything. It had clearly been recently renovated with new carpet, painting and brand new bathroom facilities. Everything was spotless.
