Very clean and well appointed rooms. Beds were very comfortable, area was nice and quiet even for a Saturday evening.
It is a bit of a walk from the town centre, but still accessible and there is parking nearby.

Very clean Freshly decorated Cheap
In comparison to other hotels in Lincoln for an overnight it was lacking on various areas. No shower gel, bin in shower room, hooks on door for clothes. No lift. Had a good stay but not sure I'll return

Lean and tidy, good shower. Walkable into city centre and railway station.
Could have done with being able to open the window to allow air in as the room was quite warm.

Handy for us as round the corner from where we were visiting, not too far from reasonable parking and a bargain. Facilities to make hot drinks and the apartment was clean.
Didn't sleep so well as the bed was very springy and not at all supportive
