Adequate, reasonable value for money

Location was easy, a 15 minute walk from the railway station, it was very quiet during our stay in January

This is a new adagio and I found the room space not as well laid out as other adagio hotels I have stayed at. While the room had everything you needed I found the bed too close to wall which meant shuffling sideways. We were not able to down load the laundry app and use the washing machines as there was no signal in the laundry room.

Perfect location right on the shopping street, clean and nice. Friendly staff and cozy shared bar with Ibis hotel

Awfull beds was 2 sleeping sofas hard as rocks in the family room 2004. Breakfast subpar and really crowded Parking facility was a test when you drive a larger electric suv as it was a narrow ramp and tiny parking spaces

Great location, super clean and well appointment little apartment/studio. Gym though small had some free weights and was good to have it available.

The staff at reception were grumpy, unsmiling, basically didn't even look up when we arrived. We requested an early check in and were told if it was available. It wasn't (fair enough) so we went to sit in the lounge area and they said we would be told when a room was available. Well they just forgot! We waited 1.5 hours there, noone came and we checked in at normal time because they forgot about us.

Online it stated groceries available. The shop is not a shop its an area with some random snacks. We went to a local shop instead which was fine but it should say small snacks available

Cool hotel, with great location and good breakfast!

Super-central location in Kiel, colorful rooms with good space for a family and they were nice and clean. Very good breakfast. Extra plus with fussball-table in the entrance (that the kids loved). Good value for the money!

The beds were a bit hard to sleep on, little soap in the bathroom and some of the personell were not the most service-minded, but all in all a pleasant stay for one night.

We very much liked the location of the hotel and the price/value. The bathroom and room was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and had all we needed.

The room was very small for 4 persons. It was only possible to open the window a small section which did not really allow for much fresh air. When the kitchen is used, a bigger trash can is needed.

Choose only if you need to sleep in the city center

Location is perfect to visit the small city center and to reach the pier

Room incredibly small, almost cannot love inside. The kitchen is non sense for a small room like that. The bed is not a real bed but a sofa bed, quite uncomfortable. The soap in the shower was finished. Expensive and no breakfast. The expensive parking (15 euro) has a very narrow and almost impossible entrance if you have a medium size car

The hotel is centrally located and it’s a good value for the money. You cannot beat the location. The family rooms are great for families with small children. The staff is friendly.

The front desk is often not staffed so you just need to walk to a nearby desk, but there is not always a sign telling you to do so.

We had a nice stay

Very serviceminded staff. Good apartment for one adult and two kids. Had everything we needed and a little more. Adagio is situated between a lot of good breakfast cafés.

We missed an opportunity to cast to the tv from iOS.

It was so dirty and I asked them to change the room and they told me they don’t have any available room. Then it happened that there was a problem with the bed so they changed the room finally.

I booked this hotel for my mother and father-in-law who are both in their late 70's. They said it was wonderful. Perfect spot, close to everything and they were very impressed with the restaurants and bars close to the hotel. Would definitely stay there again.
