Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Der Preis für eine Übernachtung mit Frühstück ist im Vergleich für Molfsee recht hoch.

Als Hotelgäste wollten wir am Abend das Restaurant besuchen und hatten auch einen Tisch reserviert. Es war extrem laut, es gab noch einen zweiten Raum, wo ein Paar saß. Auf unsere Bitte, nur zum Essen dort sitzen zu dürfen, wurden wir von dem Kellner mit einem Augenrollen abgewiesen. Wir sind gegangen und in einem anderen Restaurant sehr freundlich bedient worden. Die Dame am Empfang war sehr nett und die Zimmer in Ordnung.
