Very kind and helpful manager, Amir.
The rooms are big, cozy and some have nice views. We had a great time at our balcony.
Pleasant beds. Really nice breakfast.
Nothing we did not like, but I, as disabled, missed an escalator AND it would be nice if the area with tables at reception were open in the evenings for gatherings round boardgames, a beer or just socializing...

A localização foi um ponto positivo. Em termos do quarto, a cama era confortável e a roupa de cama estava limpa (apesar de ser o mínimo, neste quarto deixou de o ser . Tinha uma vista muito bonita também.
O quarto aparentava não ter sido devidamente limpo. Na cabeceira da cama havia uma mancha branca (um líquido branco que espirrou…). Inicialmente pensámos que fosse uma mancha permanente, mas ao passar um pano húmido verificámos que saiu facilmente. Sendo a cabeceira preta e a mancha branca bastante visível, é difícil acreditar que não tenha sido notada durante a limpeza.
Tivemos que dormir ao contrário para não ter de dormir com a cabeça diretamente na cabeceira.
No minibar encontrava-se também uma garrafa de álcool que não foi retirada, o que reforça a impressão de que o quarto não foi preparado adequadamente.
Além disso, as cortinas tinham cheiro a cigarro, apresentavam manchas e estavam mal colocadas.
