Will not come back to the hotel

Staff was friendly

Not a lot of parking. Room didnt get cleaned properly, was told they even clean the glases in the sink in the room. The placement of the hotel wasnt great. Breakfast was not good for the money that it cost. (Tasted like powder eggs). There is no restaurant in the hotel so you meed to take takeaway back to the hotel, but there is no tables i the rooms.

Very nicely designed modern hotel, good breakfast, quiet rooms. Very friendly staff. Perfect location. Walking distance from the railway station and to the terminals of the big ferry boats to Sweden and Norway.

Hipsters and naked frogs

It was a nice and clean hotel with very friendly staff. The hotel hat decided to go for an edgy style, guess hipster. That is not too bad and it was a very relaxed mood. After a great evening out in Kiel with good friends, I woke up slightly foggy headed and saw motivational sayings, saying be a frog and get naked. That confused me at first, until I realised that all it meant was that frogs are naked. In the evening they had a pool table and did not force people to go to bed at 22:00.

Really slow staff, check out takes ages (20 minutes) by one person, administration does not work. No open windows and a room temperature not to be adjusted under 20 degrees.

Everything was very clean, the room looked perfectly tidied. Loved that there were complimentary drinks and coffee in the room. Staff was very nice too! And breakfast was delicious!

A fun and quirky hotel

I liked the fun, modern and laid back feel. The hotel was very clean, and the sound proofing in the rooms meant we couldn't hear a thing. We had an excellent stay

If anything, I'd say it's a shame the bar isn't open on Sundays. I didn't really like the coffee in the rooms, but that's trivial.

Super handy so close to the harbor. Also the kids love it there with lots of fun things for them to do at the hotel (and free sodas in the mini bar). Good gym - only thing the hotel lacks is a pool. Lovely staff.

Beautiful interior, many facilities in the lobby, good breakfast. The free bike rental is amazing. And the best elevator music I've ever heard.

The lights in the rooms work in a pretty complicated way. It takes some time to figure it out. And the doors are pretty heavy and thus producing quite some noise. And just a small tip on the gym: it's a perfectly fine gym, but you've got some space left. I would suggest installing a pull-up bar. And maybe some extra plates for the bench press.

Breakfast was amazing. Location so central and so close to all public transport - trains, buses and ferries. Free minibar. Care package. Shopping mall and restaurants in walking distance - 5-10 minutes.

The entire set up, from the reception to the barber shop, from the bar to the free bicycles. The staff is kind, friendly and we'll informed. The rooms seem unique. The free mini bar, the sauna and the fitness room, the photo booth and the little pony.. it was a fantastic stay

Evening meal in restaurant was great! Very friendly and relaxed staff. Variety at Breakfast much appreciated. Also a great wellness area.

I would have appreciated not to have to pay for early check-in. I had to work in the city and only have the room thereafter. It would have been good to know I had to pay extra, then I would have planned differently. I called a day before to ask.

It is lovely & quirky, super clean and very welcoming. it has great fitness and sauna facilities. Shower was superb & the bed very comfy. The view is stunning. All the staff are helpful & friendly. Loved staying here!
