Very Unhappy!

It's a mostly decent hotel in the city centre, but their desire to make their own lives easier, over customer satisfaction, let's them down badly!

The shower was awful, one minute hot, the next cold. Check out is 12 noon, so why are the cleaners banging insistently on the door at 10.30am?! Absolute arrogance on behalf of the hotel and a total lack of respect for customers!

We really liked breakfasts, the mattresses were very comfortable, it is not something obvious in hotels as they are usually too soft. Location is great! Near to seaport and promenade, very close to shopping centers and nice restaurants. Great idea is also free drink if you dont want the room cleaning- tea is fabulous 😊 Thank you for the awesome stay!

it's a pity that the bed was two single beds, but the mattresses were so comfortable that we turned a blind eye to it 😊 I think it was said in room description that it is double bed

Great location, beyond clean and comfy. Enjoyed the vibe.

Enjoyed the restaurant/bar after our day/evening out. Breakfast had a good spread, felt coffee could be done differently, all hot foods overcooked (we ate during the last half hour, may have been better earlier). Also need better orange juice. Shower was excellent, great bathroom. The staff are incredibly friendly. The night bartender was excellent! Parking garage very close and not expensive.

Honestly, proper orange juice and would prefer coffee carafes for breakfast.

Cozy room and especially good breakfast

If you refuse room service they will give you a drink coupon for the bar which in itself is a very cool way to avoid unnecessary cleanings, but when you realise you can only get minor drinks it kinda feels like a way of the hotel to save money.

Event in Kiel.

The hotel rooms were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff very friendly and helpful. The location is brilliant. If we return to the event next year we will definitely use this Hotel.

The breakfast. The set up of the breakfast area was very small and there for caused congestion in the service. Also we were glad that we did not book breakfast for sat-sunday as it was so packed it would have been impossible to sit down.

No table for work if you need..parking possible only at public parkhouse that increase the price and you need to walk with baggage..
