Good location, good value for money.

Perfect location, nice view, clean, good breakfast.

The room is very small and has not sufficient place to hang your clothes, no wardrobe. No hotel parking, only old public parking at 25E per night.

For a budget hotel, it is fine.

Breakfast is terrible. Nothing tastes good, poor quality, coffee is bad. Nothing at all tastes good. We found hairs on the towels. Some of the staff were rude. The TV doesn’t work properly; the streaming option doesn’t work at all (why have it if it doesn’t work??) and not many channels.

We booked a family room and the bunk beds for the children were just 1,60 or 1,70. Maybe there was a note about that in the booking information; however, for teenagers those beds are too small...

Nice hotel with some issues

Modern hotel in a very central location. Our room was quiet and comfortable. Decent restaurant & bar on site with friendly staff. Good breakfast with plenty of options.

The reception staff couldn't care less of their customers. The curtain in our room had come loose from the track, but no-one bothered to fix it until our last day, even though housekeeping visited the room every day.

Greetings from the carpet

The building is new and its location good. Restaurant waitresses were welcoming.

My check-in was bounced between three indifferent receptionists who without explanation just decided to throw my case to the next colleague. It took over 20 minutes for me to get from the check-in to my room. A nastier surprise was ahead: there was neither a chair nor a table/desk in my room. The receptionist refused to provide even a camping chair. Thank you anyway that a bed was included. Guidelines from the Quality of Service (QoS) of ibis brand?

The location suited us well since we were taking the ferry to Oslo, Norway next day. The breakfast was simple but good and sufficient

Blurred information about where and how to park our car. We wasted an hour to finish parking our car. The receptionist was very willing to provide the information, but didn't manage to do it properly. Besides, we didn't receive information about how to enter the hotel internally from the parking house. We suggest an organized guidelines about the issue

Hostel at 5 star price

The location is about all I liked

The room is tiny for the price, the bed is hard and has a single, really ONE terrible pillow. No water in the room, not even a glass to hold water, no proper soap, shampoo etc. a squeeze bottle that is almost impossible to use. The safe is too small to hold a standard laptop. Basically a hostel at 5 star prices, quite upsetting actually.

Exceptional

The personnel, especially Gretyl(?)...[please pardon misspelling] ...went out of her way to accommodate me, even reserving a "disability" room for me, before I arrived. The handicapped bathroom was so spacious and easy to maneuver around within, that I felt so much relief and a sense of tranquility when I went to bed that evening. The breakfast was great, as well! There were delightful selections of bread and rolls, fruit and jams, an array of meats and cheeses, hard-boiled eggs, vegetables, etc...surely, any item one could want to complete a satisfying repast was available. Additionally, fruit juice, various coffees, teas and sparkling water were offered in abundance. The ambiance of the hotel was certainly repleat with "Style"...so how very appropriate, the name of the hotel!😃

I don't have any complaint regarding this establishment, as it was a very pleasant stay.

We left after one night, having booked for two.

The food was ok but not well laid out, not appealing at all. Female staff who checked us in not at all friendly, though bar staff were v. good. No complaints about the room though, v comfortable.

The location was noisy, busy. Not comfortable with the vast open plan ground floor (reception, bar, dining all in one). Nor the area. Felt quite uncomfortable. We had previously visited an excellent Ibis Styles (Poitiers, France) but shall avoid in future. We are elderly, and felt the Kiev Styles was not suitable for us.

A fine hotel if you travel alone or when you're young, but not so suitable for older guests.

The hotel is quite new and very clean and tidy. It is situated in the centre of Kiel so everything is within walking distance. The breakfast was OK.

The hotel is hard to find, because the entrance is situated in a pedestrian area whereas the entrance to the parking is hidden between to buildings in another street. The atmosphere is very unpersonal. Staff has no habit of greeting guests. The room we had was very small, with no place to sit and very little space for your luggage. The reception is a combined one with the adjacent aparthotel. The bar was closed during our stay.

Overall highly recommended for a short trip!

I had a very good stay at this hotel. It was very well organised - the check-in was easy and they have toothbrushes and other stuff at the reception if you forgot anything. The breakfast was rich and varied. There was a large selection of cereals with healthy toppings, soy milk, many different types of bread rolls and bread and at least a small selection of vegan spreads in addition to jam. Additionally, they have eco-certified soap in the bathrooms. Keep up the good work and thank you!

I didn't like the fact that there was carpet in the rooms, but it didn't detract from the stay.
