The neighborhood is rough and not at all safe. The parking lot isn't safe either. There are some pretty shady people in this parking lot, listening to loud music and drinking beer. A word of advice: don't come here with a car you care about. Overall, it's okay considering the price. The bedding was clean, but unfortunately uncomfortable.

The price was very good for a quick overnight stay.

Nice, spacious room. Beds were comfortable.

Cleanliness; found a pair of old socks in the room and something that appeared to be phlegm or snot on the wall next to one of the beds. Lots of noise from other guests on our floor.

The personnel is kind but be careful with the lamps. I got an electric shock when I clicked the lamp. The fuse was blown and electricity went off in the room. They offered me free breakfast. If I were a German citizen, I would search for my rights officially. But I just cared about my health. It was a bad experience unfortunately.

I would probably book a different hotel on my next visit to Kiel.

In the bathroom, the towel rack was loose (the screws were out a lot). The shower stuff was completely empty. Fortunately, we had our own with us. The shower tray was very unkempt (lime deposits and mold). The safe was open but locked and could not be used. Why is the survey in English? Kiel is in Deutschlnd and I am a German guest!

One of the girls at the reception was quite unpolite and rude without no needed. We just asked to have 50cent of euro from small coins (we gave to her), her response was shocking. I do not recommend this hotel
