    Was a nice stay. Bit far from the city center or parcs but was accesable with the bolt scooters.

    We stay at this Hotel every time we visit Kiel. Convenient for everything. Friendly Staff. So no complaints.

    Some staff for cleaning they are no good, do not markup room if you hack a card for markup room, you must to call with receipt on lobby only to markup room. every thing is a nice place, is good

    The location is a big plus, offering easy access to key attractions, while the room size was quite spacious and comfortable. However, housekeeping could use some improvement, as it didn't meet expectations during the stay. I asked for some foil to protect my valuables and they gave me a bag for trash. Well, not everybody has good parents and values Christian icons... Cleanliness was commendable, but the overall facilities felt somewhat lacking, and the staff's service left much to be desired with the exception of the desk staff which was friendly, respectful and, concerning the one woman with black hair, nice to look at. :).. Overall, there are definitely areas that could enhance the experience.
