friendliness of personnel, clean room, extensive breakfast rich in content and options, good location in the city, comfortable bed, clean sheets, shower gel and shampoo provided, also other options like gym too was present etc.
even though there is air conditioner, lack of fresh air when you really need it still felt strong, in the absence of windows for ventilation, it feels not so good, especially for people who prefer to stay longer like 15 days or more, I think --no windows --setup is not sustainable, but i guess you do it for safety reasons.
