The staff were very helpful and the location is perfect

1- the lights in the room and the bathroom are soooooo bright. 2- I checked a room with a view and the view was not good. 3- in the night there were no one in the reception and I wanted a bottle of water but the machine accepts only coins no cards!!

Very convenient central location. Perfect for a short stay.

Room of a sufficient size for a short stay and clean. Very comfortable bed. Despite the central location the hotel was very quiet. Location perfect for going shopping in downtown Kiel, sightseeing, etc. Public transport (various bus routes) just round the corner. Bakeries also very conveniently located nearby. Very handy for going to the food market (Exerzierplatz), Weihnachtsdorf (Christmas village) or International Market during Kiel Week (both of which are located on the square in front of the City Hall) and Christmas Market.

The room did not have a proper wardrobe or a safe. There was just an open rack for hanging clothes in and a few open shelves. Tea/coffee making facilities in room would have been appreciated. Finding a parking space closeby is difficult. All-day parking possible on Exerzierplatz for €10 a day. You need to be careful about which section of the market you park on on market days (Wednesday and Saturday).

Very good Hotel

Centrally located. Easy walking in and out of the hotell via the room. Large and clean room with a very good shower. Good varied breakfast with comfortable seating.

A lot of noice outside early in the morning ( Emptying rubbish and cleaning streets between 06.00 - 08.00 )

Central location.

This is a very basic hotel, a spartan room with a minimal breakfast. Sound isolation is non-existent: I was able to enjoy both loud conversations in the next room and the shrieking of seagulls at four in the morning. Bizarre registration of breakfast time slots doesn't seem to serve any purpose.
