Good for short overnight

Not in middle of Kiel, but very easy access by car, around 5 minutes. Nearby, you find supermarket, drugstore, places to eat. Breakfast was basic, but sufficient. Staff friendly too.

Staff is very polite and helpful! Food for breakfast was good and tasty. Beds are comfy, we had quite nice size room and bathroom.

You can hear a lot of noise from other rooms and halls. Walls needed cleaning. There were spiderwebs in the bathroom and I saw a spider on the wall whilst having breaksaft.

Highly recommend this hotel

This hotel was spotlessly clean and had plenty of parking spaces. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very nice. Plenty of everything. The staff were very nice and friendly. Would Definitely stay here again.

I wouldn't stay there again.

The reception stinks of cigarette smoke from smokers' room. Beds were too soft, as well as pillows. The place can use renovation in general. We got stained towels - they were washed, but had old stains. Overall, it was not a very pleasant place to stay.

Nice, functional hotel in a convenient location & good value for money

nice quiet location, and within 5 minutes walk of the university where I was working which was great. staff were nice and friendly, room was spacious, comfortable and clean. some shops and restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk and the hotel has a restaurant (not open on Sunday evenings). the bus into Kiel stops directly outside the hotel and takes about 20 minutes into the city. for a variety of shops and restaurants you would need to go into Kiel. you can also walk a few minutes down to the harbour and take the ferry into the centre of Kiel which is a nice alternative option. overall I had a great stay and would recommend if you are working nearby or don’t mind the commute into town.

The water was not very hot in the evening and sometimes took a little while to heat up for the shower.

Great location for those who are getting off the ferry. Free parking, the rooms are quite spacious and look better than in the photos. Breakfast is alright, although not the widest selections.

Tolles kleines Hotel

Klein aber fein. Alles da was man braucht für ein kurzes Wochenende. Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend.

Zimmer relativ hellhörig. Man hört Dinge von anderen Pärchen, die man nicht hören möchte. Und die Reinigungsdame kam nachm Klopfen einfach ins Zimmer rein, obwohl wir abgeschlossen hatten. Dass das geht war mir nicht klar. Es war abgeschlossen und der Schlüssel steckte. Trotzdem konnte sie aufschließen. Fand ich nicht so gut. Das Zimmer ist minimal in die Jahre gekommen. Die Türen in der Dusche sollten nochmal "überdacht" werden. Jedes Mal wenn man sie öffnet knallt man irgendwo gegen. Was Spuren an den Wänden hinterlässt. Parkplatzproblemsituation wurde gelöst. Es waren keine mehr da und wir durften in der Garage parken. Ist ein bißchen wie wild Western parken. Jeder steht wie er will. Und wenn es voll ist sowie bei uns muss man schauen wo man steht.
