Das Personal war sehr freundlich, zugewandt und trotzdem hoch professionell. Tolle Zimmer mit super Ambiente. Gekrönt hat unseren Aufenthalt allerdings das Frühstücken mit Fördeblick. Alles lecker, alles Hausgemacht, alles frisch, alles was man sich wünscht von Antipasti, Birchermüsli, dem besten Fleichsalat bis zum wirklichen guten Kaffee.

Nach einem freundlichen Empfang an der Rezeption ging der sehr gute Eindruck weiter. Das Hotel ist schön und mit maritimen Flair eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß, aber dennoch gemütlich. Sofa sehr bequem, ebenso die Betten. Und die Aussicht war fantastisch.
Das Auto haben wir beim Hotelparkplatz geparkt, die Karte wird so freigeschaltet, dass man raus und wieder reinfahren kann.
Sehr schön ist auch die Nähe zur Fähre (Haltestelle Bellevue). Wir sind damit in die Innenstadt gefahren und einmal haben wir einen Ausflug nach Laboe gemacht.

All of it. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfasts were great. The suite was huge and comfortable.
The only criticism we had is the towels could be bigger for having a shower as they do not supply bathrobes. And the only supplies they put in the room is a small bottle of shampoo and some body/handwash.

Sehr gute Lage, super nettes Personal und hervorragendes Frühstück.
Leider hatten wir das kleinste Deluxe Doppelzimmer, deutlich unter der angegebenen Quadratmeteranzahl, ohne Sitzecke und das Bad ohne Badewanne. Deluxe war tatsächlich die Aussicht. Aber es sollte kommuniziert werden, dass es auch solche Deluxe-Doppelzimmer gibt.
