Great location for those wanting access to the Albany area. Very friendly and helpful staff and good facilities. For those interested in walking there are some nice bush walks nearby and the shops and Massey University are also within reasonable walking distance.

The hotel room was so wonderful - comfortable, peaceful, bright and clean. The bed was amazing, the bathroom and ktichen had everything I needed, and the wifi was flawless.

Nature walk is as good as the photos. Quiet, relaxing and enjoyable.

Quiet and a short 30 minute drive from the city. Location has a lovely short walkway which leads to a small waterfall. Very picturesque. Only two of us, however, accommodation is perfect for a family who likes quiet and relaxing accommodation. Basketball courts and a few fun activities for kids. There is public transport into city but it will be about an hour on bus. Shopping centre is about 5 minutes drive (40 minute walk, not recommended). Receptionist was lovely. I would and did recommend this accommodation to friends.

Linen could be updated. It was clean however signs of age were obvious.

Very happy with our stay

Nice room with well fully equipped kitchen. Good location with a lot of restaurants around plus a Westfield. Great service as our room had a plumbing issue and they gave us another even bigger room without extra charge. Easy to park in the underground car park.

We miss the office time to check in, will be good to send me the code beforehand instead of me calling and waiting for someone to pick up.

I do not recommend this property.

The shower.

We recently stayed in Room 11 on Level 1 and had an awful experience from start to finish. The room is directly behind the neighbouring pub, and the noise was unbelievable. People were singing at the top of their lungs along to loud music well into the night, and we barely got any sleep. Along with the cheap blinds that don’t block out the pubs lights and the sun. On top of that, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, and even the lounge was so poorly designed and unsupportive that we couldn’t sit and watch a show to unwind. Nothing about the room felt relaxing or enjoyable. We couldn’t wait to leave and will never be staying here again. Definitely not worth it.

The apartment was very modern clean and well laid out. TV had netflick and all the channels you needed. A well equipt place plus bedroom and bed very clean and a good night sleep easerly achieved.

Peacefully recharged.

Stayed for one night, a little mummy getaway. Checked in after hours, staff were quick to respond to my call and guided me with ease until I got my room key. Everything about the room was perfect, clean, and comfortable, and the view is exactly how it looks in the photos.. absolutely beautiful!! Thinking of being a regular here haha.

Nice, tidy and quiet apartment but unfortunately didn’t sleep well.

Great apartment size for a single guest or a couple! Full and well equiped kitchen. Really tidy and would be very happy if not for the bed quality.

The Bed was very hard and pillows were cheap and uncomfortable. The small complementary milk in fridge was opened and not replaced prior to my late arrival and therefore had no milk. (Unless I used the small amount of left over milk).

Brilliant Stay

I loved the whole experience from when I messaged reservations to let them know that I would be arriving late thursday night, the response was quick and efficient and very helpful, loved the whole experience from check in till I left this morning 😄 The photos on the website matched exactly that in real life, I have stayed in alot of motels and hotels on the shore and this one is by far the best 👌👌👌 clean and immaculate, I will be back in the near future when I need to stay in Akl again, it was so comfy that I was actually considering booking another night to stay lol but no i had to come home, but will be back soon!
