Very nice property
Well located
Just the bed configuration was different from the advertised but staff offered to rectify but would have caused too much fuss for 2 rooms.

Fabulous location and the agency that looks after this apartment was Excellent. Wonderful communication and a very minor error was quickly and easily rectified.
If I had to be picky it would be the fact the keys are big on site to check in. They are a few blocks away in a look box would be so much more convenient if on site. Last thing you want to do late in the day is have to walk with your luggage 10mins to collect keys.
If this could be changed then there is nothing I didn’t like!

the beds were comfy and location excellent. It was lovely and clean. Reception was quick to act when we had an issue with the bed configuration but didn't offer to come until the next day albiet we didn't arrive until late.
A pain having to collect key from another location. The back of the dining seats are broken. You couldn't sit on them using the backrest. The description of the property could be a bit clearer. Yes it has two bathrooms but only one has a shower the other only a bath, Maybe should be listed as two bedroom (3 beds) to make it a bit clearer. The robe could be cleaned up a bit,. Seems to be a bit of a dumping ground for offcuts of carpet, unwanted furniture etc.
