A great stay in Auckland.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well kept up. The kitchen was good with the necessaries. The bed was comfortable. The balcony was good for breakfast. The blackout curtains and sliding partition for the bed area made sleeping good. There was an elevator, but the location on the first level made going up and down the stairs convenient. The bathroom was clean and everything worked well. The apartment has good, sturdy furniture and was laid out well.

Booked for 2 single beds and 1 double bed. Arrived to 2 double beds. So son slept on the couch, but when cleaning/leaving realised one double bed was 2 single beds pushed together.

Great short stay option

Great location, close to the Auckland CBD, and ideal for cruise passengers with a short walk to join your cruise ship.

Very late notice via email that you had to go to an alternate address to collect your room key. The email was sent whilst flying into Auckland so unable to find out until you took your mobile phone off Aeroplane mode plus having to ask your prearranged transport to make that stop. Luckily it did not cost any more for the transport.

Great location and view - mediocre accommodation

The location is amazing as is the view from the patio.

It was a bit run down. Doors off the tracks in the closet and balcony. Poorly decorated. Plants were all dead. Second bedroom is too small for the size of the bed.

Perfect after the key mishap

Perfect location. Great property. Everything we needed. Clean

Key pick up was quite painful. 2 phone calls prior to assure key would be where advertised. It wasn’t. I had discussed why we wouldn’t have a phone at that time. Luckily helped by nearby cafe to ring office near end of office hours. Key got delivered quickly after.

Good location and adequate for a family trip.

The location was good overall. The set up was good for a family and easy commute to town/viaduct area. Staff were quick to assist where needed.

Couple of issues - The top bedroom did not have air conditioning and was super hot (fan did very little). The shower step leached colour onto the mat and floor which did not have a fan/drainage. Kitchen not set up for handwashing dishes - no draining board.

A very relaxing place to stay with a view to die for!

Property had everything you could wish for including washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and coffee machine. Powders for the washing machine and dishwasher were provided as were coffee capsules and a selection of teas. Great waterfront location with a large balcony for al fresco dining. Great selection of restaurants and cafes nearby. Easy ten minute walk to the main shopping area and the nearby Maritime Museum is worth a visit. PS if disembarking a cruise it is only a short walk away!

Cozy like home

Everything is good. Auckland was our last stop before leaving NZ and staying here was the best end of the trip.

We struggled on check-in. The private e-mail sent from the property was in the junk then we knew nothing and had to call to the office. Message via booking.com won’t be lost.

An absolute waterfront gem.

Wow, walking through the front door and looking straight out onto the harbour is a great start to a short stay. The apartment is spacious, well equipped, comfortable and clean. And the balcony is a great spot to sit and enjoy a drink whilst watching the setting sun.

This is not a fault of the service provider (and maybe a one-off) but because the property is in a block of apartments, the selfish behaviour of other residents/guests may be a factor, such as a group of loud and drunk young men waking up the whole floor at 2am and refusing to quieten down despite repeated requests from other residents/guests.

Stunning apartment in a beautiful location

The apartment was beautiful. It was very homely and comfortable with everything you needed. Being on the wharf, the view from the front was magnificent. The location was excellent as it was only a short walk to the CBD and restaurants were along the wharf and close by at thje viaduct. When I needed an extra night because of my own error, we were acommodated with care.

I have stayed in these apartments on previous occasions and love the location. In the Auckland CBD on the edge of the water. Lovely views with a little balcony. Very comfortable accommodation. Very close to good restaurants and the ferry. The bed was very comfortable with great pillows. I seek to stay n one of these apartments each time I visit Auckland.

Property advertised as two separate bathrooms, however main bathroom only had a bath and no shower which meant having to share the ensuite (not ideal when travelling with friends). Property was also advertised as two bedrooms with two double beds, however 2nd bedroom actually was only two small singles.

Good location, Average appartment

Princess Warf is the ideal location. Great views and amazing eateries close by. Friendly residents in other apartments. Secure building.

Photos don't accurately show which appartment as photos are of several different ones. The apartment we got wasn't overly clean, very strong smell of cooking and stains on carpet. Old soap slivers in shower and sticky dust on wardrobe shelves. Confusion over parking. On a past stay at a different princess warf apartment, the parking was explained and allocated. This time, when we asked where to park, we were told there is no onsite parking, which is actually incorrect. You just need the Parkmate app, and you can organise parking right outside the front of the shed.
