Amazing hotel for a auckland centre experience

Most things were great; the location is exceptional! Staff is polite and helpful, the room was spacious, cleaned every day and amenities were all good .

The aircon was hard to set, it was always cold in the room even though we set the aircon to 25 degrees ! the room’s phone wasn’t working. Also theres no breakfast at the property.

Comfortable for 2 couples with your own space

Roomy, clean, comfortable beds. Good kitchen. Reasonable view.

A/C was difficult to control...2 br apt was cold in areas and too hot elsewhere? Shower was impractical...water everywhere with steps in and out. Water pressure was good though. Most appliance manuals weren't correct...took awhile to figure out the oven.

Great location for a family stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Adina. The hotel was very well located and easy to access everything. The staff were responsive and polite. Our apartment was on the higher floors and we had great views over the city, park and the harbour. It was a great stay.

At times, the pool got very busy and crowded. The air conditioning temperature controls were also a bit inconsistent.

Comfort and convenience in downtown Auckland

The Adina Citylife is located in the center of downtown Auckland, making it an ideal location for exploring the central business district. The Sky Tower, Ferry Building, Auckland Domain park, Auckland Museum, Auckland Art Gallery are an easy walk from the property. Queen Street is the main shopping area downtown and there are dozens of restaurants, cafes, and coffee shops to explore and enjoy. The staff at the Adina were exceptional and the room was large, comfortable, and quiet.

Would love to have a TV that supported streaming. I was at the property for two weeks and having access to basic streaming services like Netflix would have made evenings and rainy days more enjoyable.

We had long days at the convention we went to so it was nice coming back to our room and relax.

The rooms were clean, there was plenty of room and the beds were very comfortable.

The first night there was a baby crying in the room above us for most of the night so that night wasn’t so quiet but it was fine for the rest of the stay.

We loved our stay in our Awesome room in Auckland City.

We loved our stay at Adina Citylife Auckland. Our room was very clean. Each day our rubbish was emptied, and we received lovely clean towels/bath mats/face cloths, etc when we needed them. The staff at the Hotel were lovely and friendly, that included the cleaning staff and behind reception. We also used valet parking which was excellent. We only had to give Reception 10 minutes notice when we wanted to use our vehicle. The pool on the 2nd Floor was a welcome bonus. It was very quick and easy to get onto Queen Street via the walkway from the Hotel and it felt very safe to use the walkway, we also liked how central the Hotel was to shops/restaurants/supermarkets. Just a few minutes walk away from everything. Our bed was very comfortable, it was very large, with lovely fresh, white linen on it. Their was also plenty of hot water for the shower. The bathroom was a good size. We also liked how the Hotel accommodated our needs , as we had our family staying at the same Hotel as us at the same time and we asked if we could be near them, we ended up right next door to them which was awesome. We would definitely recommend staying at this Hotel.

Booking.com failed to advise us on things that cost us more and booking was wrong

Via booking.com they failed to book single beds ..adina had to make one up with stale smelling sheets ... we were not advised re $200 deposit ..also booking.com site said parking available but no cost an extra $45 ...

Great place to stay in Auckland

Close to everything in Auckland. Quiet. Very helpful staff. We booked the hotel for the wrong night (one day later than needed) and were allowed to change it to a day earlier on the day itself. We were also allowed to use the gym shower facilities in the evening before flying out very late in the evening.

The room was a good size and well equiped. The location is very central and perfect. The staff were very helpful.For the price paid this was excellent value and we will stay again.

Great place for a base in Auckland

Spacious room (we had a two bedroom apartment), fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher and pots-pans-utensils to make meals), excellent location (just off Queen street, all the shopping right there; a few mins walk to sky city and to harbor for ferries or boat tours). Beds were super comfortable, bathrooms had plenty of space for toiletries (I often struggle with room for my skincare stuff when traveling), blackout blinds made it dark for sleeping past sunrise, and the room was quiet.

Fab location, great staff, super very clean room and super comfortable bed

Some cutlery and a plate or bowl would have been nice. Also, workmen started renovations on the room next door at 7.30am. I was up anyway but it would have been nice to be advised it was happening.

Primo location on Queen Street. Quiet with great views of the SkyTower/harbour bridge and a wee smidge of Rangitoto Island. They kindly upgraded us to an apartment which was very spacious with a large kitchen, lounge and bath. They only tiny negative was we couldn't find the bath plug!

The location is the best, right next to Queen Street. And the hotel is clean, several staffs that helped me or chatted with me were very friendly and helpful! It is also clean in the room and restroom. Very good value of money.

Would stay again!

The towels! Omg they are huge, and I loved it. I enjoyed the location. It was right in the middle of the CBD, close to everywhere we needed to get to. The bed was extremely comfortable, too.

The bathroom tap wouldn't go warm. The thermostat wasn't working so we had to have the ranchsilder open most of the time which let some noise in but the worst bit was the person next to us was smoking and all his cigarette smoke filled our room.

Always enjoy staying here

last minute staycation with my son and niece, have been here a few times now, we enjoy it, especially with how quiet the pool generally is as my kids are autistic

Only downside was we couldn't get a room higher up for the view as my kids are very visual but that was my fault as it was a last minute booking
