Great location but tired and dated.

Spacious interior. Spacious balcony. Generally well equipped. Reasonably clean but not spotless. Excellent location.

Tired and dated. Very much in need of a renovation. Mould on tile grouting in shower. Water damage on kitchen cabinetry and bottom of bathroom door. Kitchen not well equipped for cooking.

Comfortable bed but very tired looking and run diwn. Needs a revamp.

Hotel was in the CBD a short walk from the ship. Bed was comfortable.

Whilst the room (separate bedroom and lounge area) was larger than most hotel rooms, it was tired and run down and dated. Rooms would be awesome if they had a total revamp and modernised with nice furniture. Bathroom was dated. Bed was comfortable. The pictures shown on website do not reflect what’s actually in the room. Tired, old and dated.

Great Location Swimming pool and sp kept the kids happy. Staff tried to help but couldn’t do anything about the construction noise.

Renovations happening and drilling happening all day above our apartment - 1604, went all day between 0900 and 0530pm.

Good location but definitely in need of refurbishment

Location & size were very good. WiFi reception was good but only inside the room not in the foyer.

Many bath tiles were chipped which made the floor appear dirty. The furniture was outdated but functional. The outdoor terrace was sticky underfoot

Enjoyed our stay place was comfortable and clean

We were so central 5 minutes walk to the ferry port , 10 minutes to the sky restaurant, plenty of shopping on your doorstep couldn’t ask for more . We totally enjoyed our stay the apartment was very big for a one bedroom we had plenty of room, cleaned each day fresh towels , my only recommendation would be that some tiles in bathroom were cracked but didn’t effect our stay . Highly recommended

Central location. Spacious one bedroom apartment with laundry and kitchen. We arrived early in the day for check in - staff arranged a room for us mid-morning - very helpful.

Old and run down

The guy at the front desk couldn't do enough for us while we were there.. Unfortunately the facilities were not great With some investment it could be great

The whole place was run down and in need of a major revamp. When we got to the apartment it was not clean at all . Carpets had not been cleaned for months. Flooring in kitchen and bathroom areas were dirty and all the windows were filthy.. The door out to the balcony in the sitting area didn't close correctly

Excellent location to everything. Staff obliging. Wonder relaxed apartment with excellent views.

Completely satisfied with view: I knew our view of the ocean would be between buildings (usually we book full views) but we were not disappointed as there was enough oceanview to feel relaxed and happy. Wonder balcony. There was good & interesting buildings/city view. We loved having the laundry (washer & dryer) and kitchen & certainly used them a lot. Place was clean. Very central & walking distance to almost all points of interest. Close to lots of good foods. Staff always very obliging - thank you.

Little things & definitely not a deal breaker: a strainer for the kitchen sink please, so foodscraps can be caught & disposed easily (we asked staff for it & were very obliging but I think they misunderstood & we didn't get a strainer). It can also take up to a week for the deposit to return to your account. Cutlery minimal but still works for our purpose.

Beautiful gem in the heart of the city, luxurious hotel with mind blowing rooms & facility

The hotel was amazing, we paid a very cheap price and it exceeded our expectations the room had a kitchen, lounge, big bathroom and washing room we were very happy with the room. Also the pool and spa was mind blowing with the most beautiful city view, the sauna was also a great touch. The parking was underground witch was great for us as it was pouring with rain, very beautiful accommodation and everything went so smoothly.

The fact we got upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment for the price of the two bedroom just made our experience that much more special! Even with the crazy weather we loved looking over the harbour. The pool & spa area was beautiful, and decent sized. The apartment had more then we bargained for, perfect room for a couple and more then enough space for the rest of us! Big kitchen, washing machine and dryer were super handy! I don’t even know where to finish, we will definitely be back we’ve decided.

The only downfall I could think of is the lift. The wait times even though there was 3 (understandably with a lot of levels) and the shakiness of the lift. Not so nice after a day of travelling, but it wasn’t the worst and it didn’t make our stay any more worse

The size of the room and location of the hotel were my favorite parts. The view was amazing with the large outdoor area. The room had everything - bathroom laundry, kitchenette, lounge, bedroom etc.

Decor was a little dated. Parking is always a mission in Auckland but I didn't park at the hotel so nothing on the Sebel.

This was such a great apartment, bigger than we were expecting and location was perfect as so close to Brittomart and Commercial Bay with so many food options

Only thing I could think of is the shower temperature going from hot to cold, but that might have been user error lol

It was clean, but not sparkling clean. Also the shampoo/body wash was secured to the counter in the bathroom so we weren’t able to use it in the bath tub to wash our daughter. You’d have to physically get out of the tub to reach the soap

Family Getaway.

The 1 Bedroom Apartment we got was spacious & tidy. Nice view of the Harbour Bridge at night. Apartment was very quiet. No loud street Noise when the doors are closed. 1 small frying pan. Had to ask for a bigger pan but they didn't have one, but still supplied us with another. We loved the updated pool area. The Pool, Spa & Sauna were all so Devine. We definitely made use of it all everyday. Bed was comfortable, couch was also surprisingly comfortable as well. Walking distance to shops, cafés & restaurants.

There was a sofa bed in our room but it was broken so they supplied us with a Roll away bed. Would've been nice to just have the sofa bed as the rollaway took up some space. The Biggest Hate, was, The on-site parking was very expensive. $160 for 4 nights is very steep. Wilson's parking is very close by. Would've been alot cheaper. Would be also nice to have some extra towels for the pool. No Bowls or storage containers. We just took our own.

Fine but really only because of the location

The apartment hotel is badly in need of a modernisation, with 20 year old fitout reflecting in: shower size, old bathroom fittings and layout, apparent single glazing, and old kitchens, but is basically comfortable, The wifi was intermittent. I had to find the switchboard to turn on the circuitbreaker for the bedside lights - clearly not checked.

A good self contained accommodation in a great position, and at a reasonable price.

An excellent room layout with plenty of space and a partial harbour view room. Close to a major shopping centre. The Up Cafe was handily located in the building and served a great breakfast.

There were no sharp kitchen knives for preparing food.

Need to work on signage for parking please!!

The 2bdrm and 1bdrm apartment was very spacious and great for our little whanau. We were totally wowed by the view. We were rapt that we got rooms side by side.

The private parking was great, however I thought once you go through the second gate that you could park anywhere, which I ended up doing and then received a note on my window screen the next morning that next time I park there my vehicle will be towed. Reception needs to specify exactly where Sebel Quay carparks are please. It was frustrating having to drive around for a bit trying to get close enough to the motel to book in, alot of streets were one way, so it seemed like a bit of a maze trying to park somewhere just to get to the reception.

I wasn’t impressed to find a spot of blood on the roll out bed so had to sleep on the couch. I also thought the roll out bed was extremely hard
