Super impressed. Great value for money and really helpful staff.

Staff were unbelievably helpful. They granted our request for an early check in, they were super responsive on messaging through the booking.com app and they were able to reserve p\rking for us easily. The location was great. Easy access to Victoria park and Auckland CBD and viaduct.

I thought the parking was included with the price of the stay but it was an additional cost per car. It was low cost for overnight parking but more clear instruction when booking would be super helpful.

Ok stay for a couple of days

Quiet, has kitchen amenities and separate washer and dryer, well located to freeway SH1, a short walk to the Auckland Fishmarket, parking at nearby parking station via hotel booking

Unfortunately there were ants in the kitchen even though we didn’t do any cooking, air conditioning vents were broken and didn’t swing, limited housekeeping due to holiday period.

Reception staff very helpful especially the beautiful Fijian lady. Noise unacceptable for price.

Asked for quiet room but got placed near highway pass over. Little sleep first night. Changed to another room where on the last night got no sleep due to a large piece of loose roofing iron slamming in the wind. Also at 10:30pm on the last night had to wait for staff to unlock my door due to door pass not configured properly.

This was my second stay at this location. I would definitely come again.

The room was clean, quiet and well-equipped. The in-room washer and dryer were a bonus. The hotel’s location worked well for me. It was easy to get to the central business district on foot and by bus. The waterfront was just a short walk away. And the North Shore was a short hop on the bus.

There wasn’t really anything I disliked.

Easy and comfortable

Staff were lovely and efficient. Car parking, though was an extra cho, it was very convenient in the car parking building next door and we could easily unload and reload outside reception. We were also able to leave the car parked there for a couple of extra hours after check out to get breakfast etc Location was great! A big park next door so didn’t feel like we’re in a concrete jungle. 15 minute walk into the city or up to Ponsonby. When we arrived we were too tired to go far for dinner so the little ramen restaurant next door was handy and food was good!

Great place to stay

Great location about 10 minutes walk from the marina and shops. Victoria Park opposite. Great to be able to watch local sports being played. Really good to have washing machine and tumble dryer in the en suite bathroom. Kitchen area with kettle, toaster and microwave is a good size. The bed was big and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Late check out at 12 rather than 10 was hugely helpfu to usl. About 30 minutes from the airport.

Frustrating

Location.

It was sold as interconnecting rooms for our family. But they were two rooms separated by a wee hall and then a main door that could close if you left the two rooms doors open. But there was a light inside that main door that was attached to the hotels main light system so we couldn’t turn it off. Meant for a very bright environment and upset sleeping.

Nice clean apartments, suited our needs as was close to the venue we were attending. Would be good for a longer stay too.

If you book two rooms & you want single beds in one just check that is what you are getting. We got two queen beds in each apartment, but it was sorted quickly by bringing us a rollaway bed.

The staff were friendly, welcoming and efficient.The location is excellent and the window glazing ensured the room was very quiet. The room is a good size and the view across Victoria Park to the city skyline very pretty.

I stayed two nights and the room was not cleaned or beds made up after the first night. By the time we returned to find this we didn’t want the disruption of someone coming in and disturbing us so just made beds ourselves. The toaster was not working and there was no shower gel in the container in the shower.
