Excellent staff & great location, close to shops, restaurants etc. Clean apartment with everything provided (including laundry powder) & cleaning staff let us know where to find anything we needed while they were off on Christmas Day, which was very helpful. Lovely little gift also provided to us on Christmas morning which was unexpected but lovely. Great venue - would highly recommend.

A relaxing, calm, cool and quiet oasis just a few minutes from the noisy, bustling town centre. An excellent option to stay in this super little village rather than in central Auckland, but close enough to take advantage of the central city if you want it. Nice large room with full cooking facilities and a lovely balcony

Great modern apartments

Modern, clean, spacious, cool, quiet, in a nice location with lots of convenient infrastructure around. Overall, a great place to stay nearby - we liked everything about it.

The Wi-Fi speed was a bit weak, and during the day you could hear some construction nearby. But if you’re there only in the mornings and evenings and out during the day, it probably won’t affect you

In a cute little neighbourhood with lots of restaurants, cafés, a supermarket and more all within walking distance. We had a car, so getting around was easy; most places in the city like the CBD, Parnell, Takapuna Beach and Albany were about 10–40 minutes away (even with traffic jam). The place had heaps of amenities too: dishwasher, oven, induction stove, microwave, washing machine, dryer, etc. Really felt like a little home away from home. The bathroom floor and towel rack were heated, which was a nice touch, and the water pressure was pretty great. Everything was super clean! The A/C worked well, and the view was great! The air was so fresh and clean.

Nothing! Everything was close to perfection! Just 2 little suggestions: - maybe an extra mirror in the living area for us ladies to get ready at. The only mirror available is in the bathroom currently. - an extra dustbin in the bathroom just for convenience.

Stylish, spotless and a fab place to stay

Great location and easy check in, lovely friendly Receptionist made us feel welcome. Spotlessly clean and well equipped.

Would have preferred an 11am check out which seems, to be the norm now as we've travelled and stayed in various places en route from UK. Just a couple of really small things would have made it perfect. More Espresso coffee... We only had 3 pods and didn't want to call after hours number for more!!! Cookies and bottled water. We had twin beds as that was all that was left, they were just OK. Only one bedside lamp and no long mirror or make up mirror. This is being really picky tho... It was exceptionally clean and very stylish and spacious. We were glad we'd stayed and will return. Thank you

Was really lovely

Location was amazing, staff were even better. Absolutely stunning view from our balcony. Little garden was perfect for a little photo shoot (see pic)

To be fair, room were the bed is, is a bit too small, couldn’t access the wardrobe easily and wasn’t a lot of space to put bags and the bathroom was super compact, hard to open the door to get to the toilet.
