Excellent calm and cool atmosphere

A relaxing, calm, cool and quiet oasis just a few minutes from the noisy, bustling town centre. An excellent option to stay in this super little village rather than in central Auckland, but close enough to take advantage of the central city if you want it. Nice large room with full cooking facilities and a lovely balcony

Great modern apartments

Modern, clean, spacious, cool, quiet, in a nice location with lots of convenient infrastructure around. Overall, a great place to stay nearby - we liked everything about it.

The Wi-Fi speed was a bit weak, and during the day you could hear some construction nearby. But if you’re there only in the mornings and evenings and out during the day, it probably won’t affect you

Stylish, spotless and a fab place to stay

Great location and easy check in, lovely friendly Receptionist made us feel welcome. Spotlessly clean and well equipped.

Would have preferred an 11am check out which seems, to be the norm now as we've travelled and stayed in various places en route from UK. Just a couple of really small things would have made it perfect. More Espresso coffee... We only had 3 pods and didn't want to call after hours number for more!!! Cookies and bottled water. We had twin beds as that was all that was left, they were just OK. Only one bedside lamp and no long mirror or make up mirror. This is being really picky tho... It was exceptionally clean and very stylish and spacious. We were glad we'd stayed and will return. Thank you

Value for money! Little home away from home, would come back and would 10/10 recommend!

In a cute little neighbourhood with lots of restaurants, cafés, a supermarket and more all within walking distance. We had a car, so getting around was easy; most places in the city like the CBD, Parnell, Takapuna Beach and Albany were about 10–40 minutes away (even with traffic jam). The place had heaps of amenities too: dishwasher, oven, induction stove, microwave, washing machine, dryer, etc. Really felt like a little home away from home. The bathroom floor and towel rack were heated, which was a nice touch, and the water pressure was pretty great. Everything was super clean! The A/C worked well, and the view was great! The air was so fresh and clean.

Nothing! Everything was close to perfection! Just 2 little suggestions: - maybe an extra mirror in the living area for us ladies to get ready at. The only mirror available is in the bathroom currently. - an extra dustbin in the bathroom just for convenience.

Spacious and modern. Very clean, and relaxing decor. The view was amazing! We could see both harbours and the sky tower! Stunning! Great parking. Very easy to find.

Lives up to expectations

We've stayed here a few times and the rooms are spotless, the beds are exceptionally comfy.

Was really lovely

Location was amazing, staff were even better. Absolutely stunning view from our balcony. Little garden was perfect for a little photo shoot (see pic)

To be fair, room were the bed is, is a bit too small, couldn’t access the wardrobe easily and wasn’t a lot of space to put bags and the bathroom was super compact, hard to open the door to get to the toilet.

We liked the location and the design and layout.

Parking appeared over booked one night but we parked at reception so not a big problem. There was 3 comfortable chairs but 4 of us. Would have been nice if we could all have had a nice seat in the evening. Loved everything else

Clean, modern, quiet, comfortable. Fabulous staff. Easy access to motorway. 5 min easy walk to supermarket. Lots of great food options. Our room looked over the courtyard which was pretty.

Tyres squeelino on car park floor makes you think there are boy racers outside until you realise what the sound is ☺️

The room smelled stale and musty, when you turn on the shower there’s a piercing squeaking sound from the water pipes that would wake anyone in the room up.

Absolutely stunning room, location, views, bed, amenities and staff. Secured car park and Birkenhead township with everything you need only 2minutes walk. And if your a smoker there is a fantastic area, great seating and view,gardens to relax. The garden Court yard is stunning aswell. Didn't hear a sound.

A nice clean room, close to shops and great places for dinner and breakfast nearby.

Location is close to lots of great restaurants and cafes. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Secure parking. Nespresso machine and decent size fridge. One of few places that offer a super-king bed.

Bathroom was tiny and had the only mirror. Very difficult when you are both getting ready. Position of bed made it awkward to get around and access the wardrobe. Sofa was tiny and uncomfortable.
