Cheap but not convinient

The walking distance from the shopping street was 15 minutes of crossing streets which was short but not ideal

The rooms were very small no space to put our luggage in the room, staff were not helpful and breakfast was not good. Shower head was not working properly. Were denied the advertised free water bottle. They flat out told us that since we booked through the booking website we were not allowed any flexibility or free water as we were supposed to book through their website. Beds were not comfortable and pillows were flat. The sheets were not changed and visibly unclean after housekeeping cleaned the room. Will never stay in any of this chain again not even worth the cheap price

Hotel looks new. It is very clean on the outside. Staff in reception are polite and helpful. Comfortable bed.

Cleaning crew is not very good. I have a body oil in my bedside that was taken away/stolen. One time the toilet brush was left inside the toilet. Another time was our skin care products were left on the sink face down, one product was opened. But one bad thing is the day before check out, someone put a “do not disturb sign” outside of our door and the room was not cleaned. I went to reception and returned that sign. I just feel like they don’t want to clean the rooms. Also there are no amenities, not even free water. (Which is prob my fault because i did not read the booking properly.)

Comfortable, convenient, clean, wonderful.

Three days at the hotel were wonderful. Comfortable bed, clean room and hotel, friendly staff ready to answer all questions, delicious breakfasts, convenient parking. The hotel is located next to the main train station, within walking distance, with stops for all types of public transportation nearby. The historic city center can also be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. Pleasant atmosphere in the lounge area, beautiful interior design.

This is a beautiful hotel and extremely accessible to public transportation.

We like the location, as it is very close to the Hauptbahnhof by foot, as well as the hub for S-Bahn and U-Bahn trains. This was our second stay, and the staff has been friendly and helpful, and the hotel is clean and well-maintained.

Ok choice in the city center

It’s clean and efficient as well as central. The rooms to the patio were quiet. Bathroom are small but efficient and clean.

The bed was really uncomfortable. No possibility to have it cooled. Unless opening windows. Breakfast is quiet busy - no matter which time.

Simple and nice

Room was small but nice. The windowsill is wide enough to sit there and just stare outside or enjoy a book. Clean room, great AC and nice view. Parking available just below the hotel. Great bar.

No floor heating in the bathroom and not much ventilation seemed to be there either. Rather expensive given that the stay was rather simple but the price was perhaps high due to football fans being in town. Not many toiletries (no conditioner or cream).

Great bar and lounge area, close to the train station which was perfect for a stopover on a longer journey. Reception staff were really helpful with an early check-as a room became ready, and bar staff were friendly.

Very Modern Hotel in Stuttgart Downtown

★Very close to the main train station ★Walkable to everywhere in the downtown ★Each room has an A/C! It is MUST during summer in Germany since a lot of of hotels do not have ones, and German summer could be very hot.

★This is not our first stay, and every time we stay here, the check-in line is soooo long. ★No parking
